Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Riverview

We stayed at this location for 5 nights and it was wondeful. first of all Jordan is the best. He is so responsive and attentive to our needs. He constantly checked in to see if there was anything we needed. He went above and beyond to make our stay great. the property was beautiful. He had it stocked with all the necessities. The house was very spacious for our family. we enjoyed the pool, the mini golfing and we did some fishing. We also enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the beautiful sunset at night. Thank you Jordan for a wonderful stay. I would recommend you a thousand times. We will plan another stay in the future.

Only thing I had a problem with is we weren't informed the the bug guy was coming and he let himself in while my wife was there and sacred her a little because she didn't know about it

Lina was super helpful and friendly. The place was close to Busch Gardens . I It was perfect for a family of 4 and very clean.

This is a beautiful home in Apollo Beach. The home was immaculate inside and out. I was only there for one night to visit some friends, but if you are ever in the area I would suggest stay at this home. I will definitely be back. This is what all Airbnb's should be like from start to finish.

Jessica was an absolutely amazing host! From the moment we booked, she was kind, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with our family. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even leaving a few special touches that made our trip extra memorable. The location was perfect, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The house & host were both absolutely wonderful! This is the perfect house to stay in if you want to have a chill time and have plenty of things to do where you stay. From the pool to the arcade game to the pool table, there’s plenty to keep busy with for trips where you want some calm days as well. There’s also a TV in each room including one outside, which was a plus. The neighborhood was very nice and peaceful and backyard felt pretty private. Garland was a super nice host & it was nice to not have a 3 page check out list when we left as well, just some minimal chores liking taking the trash out and turning lights off. He even sent a list of recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again! :)

Great place, pool was very nice. Rooms were nice. We stayed with our young kids and there weren’t plastic plates/ cups, but they were careful with the glassware. Fridge was very updated and nice as well as tvs in all the rooms and living room. Great lounging couch. Overall we would stay again.

Just like the pictures and description. Lots of driveway space and clear instructions. Responsive and accommodating hosts, perfect little apartment for a few people close to downtown. We didn’t feel crammed at all!

Great condo. You have to keep touching the black pad above the main door handle to get the key pad to come on. Love the lake and pool. Elevator was out of service but wasn’t an issue for us. Quiet safe are and hosts responded quickly when we had questions or needed more supplies. Would definitely stay here again.

My second stay here. Always clean, great for 1 or 2 people. Beth is great and super helpful if you need anything. Would definitely recommend. I’ll certainly book another stay on my next trip to Tampa!

I would like to start off by complimenting Erin for the way she keeps this unit, It was as described and very well kept. It took us longer to get from the airport baggage claim to the rental car terminal than for us to drive to our unit. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely be contacting Erin for future rentals.

The homeowners were fantastic. They were responsive to all my text messages. Had an issue with the AC freezing up the first day. And they were out right away within an hour of he reached out to him to fix it. That was back up and going within an hour. I had a family emergency and I had to go back and they were very accommodating. I would recommend this house anymore and I will stay there again.

The house was a little smaller than expected, but still had everything we were looking for. We had a slight problem with the lights in the bathroom during our second day, but Eric was quick to respond to our concerns and helped us resolve the issue. The hot tub was an amazing added feature which we utilized every night and the instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and concise and easy to understand. Overall we had an amazing experience and I would highly recommend any couple to stay in this Airbnb.

Cheryl’s place was perfect for our U of Tampa graduation celebration! We were within 2 miles of all our favorite spots, SOHO, Hyde Park, the River walk, Downtown, U of Tampa, and my daughter’s apt! Also, very easy access and jump on 275. Davis Islands is a cute spot on its own as well. Very walkable for exercise and/or into the cute little town with bars, restaurants and a coffee shop. Cheryl’s place is great for a group. There’s space to hang out in the family room, as well as outside at the pool! We loved our time at the house, as well as when we were out exploring! I would definitely recommend Cheryl’s place. It feels more like a home than a rental! Thank you again! We hope to return!!

Fantastic stay! The 3BR/3BA home was beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything we needed. Perfect location—just a short walk to the beach and all the restaurants and shops in downtown Clearwater Beach. We especially loved the rooftop seating area and firepit. The host was excellent and very responsive. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Kim’s place. Nice decor throughout. We felt comfortable and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Kim was always available if we needed to text her and she was very pleasant and helpful. Good location, close to restaurants and Highway. Condo had everything we needed for our stay. I definitely recommend Kim’s place.
