Sweet cozy tiny paradise located in Jordan River next to some beautiful surf beaches, hiking trails and forests.Stunning land with giant trees, mushrooms, creeks and lots of awesome things to do right at your steps. The place is perfect for one or two people with an accent on outdoor enjoyments such as a fire pit, BBQ and picnic table. The inside is heated with a wall mounted fireplace , has a shower and the basic to cook a warm meal after a long day of hiking and surfing. A very chill out nook.

Cozy in floor heating and wood stove. Has a dishwasher and a good basic kitchen with essentials plus a BBQ. Coffee press/hair dryer/ironing board/crib. Walk in shower.

We stayed at the simple peak to celebrate a 40th bday. The place is stunning, everything down to the flatware is high end but feels so comfortable. We loved coffee on the outdoor couches, hot tubbing and playing games around the dining table. Thank you for sharing this special place! We are already talking about how we can plan to come back.

Their home was well equipped with everything we needed and more - only a short walk to China Beach and ample space on their patio to enjoy time outdoors - we couldn’t have asked for a better spot! I couldn’t rave more about John, not only did he have the most beautiful house for us to celebrate in, but his instructions for us to find beach access (our own private beach area too!) were clear and easy to follow. John was responsive and so helpful especially at the end of our trip. One of our cars couldn’t start and when we asked John if he had jumper cables he came and spent hours with us trying to get the car going! He is forever our angel, and an unforgettable person for our bachlorette getaway!

This property was absolutely amazing! We all loved the outdoorsy vibes, relaxing in the hot tub and on the porch, cooking on the blackstone, and sleeping in the dome! Everything was spotlessly clean and comfortable! The inside of the SeaCan was definitely tight, you really couldn’t have more than 1 person in the kitchen without it feeling crowded, but that’s where we thrived in being outside. We loved our time here and would come back in a heartbeat!
