Incredible house for a family reunion, there is all the desired equipment. It was happiness! Fully equipped for children. Bedding kit quite expensive to rent because not provided (€28 per person), but we brought our own linen so no problem for us :) It was a great stay thanks to this dream house!

A very pleasant family weekend at this house with neat decoration and quality amenities. Special mention for the bedding and bed linen and bicycles provided, very convenient. We park this good location! Very responsive and accommodating host. I recommend it without any worries

The only downside would be the price of the linen supply (sheets and towels) and the amount of the cleaning package! However, the house is very nice and very comfortable. Very well arranged, it would really be very difficult not to like it.

Very nice family stay with good weather, everyone enjoyed the safe pool for children, very clean rental with three bathrooms with shower, so no waste of time waiting for everyone. Marie-Noelle is a very warm and welcoming person. I recommend the rental, because it's very quiet and close to shops.

Lovely spacious house in quiet location with beautiful garden. La Flotte (centre and port) is walkable and there is parking in front of the house. The wifi is not very good but we had a wonderful time.

A very beautiful place in front of the sea. A very beautiful family home, tastefully decorated, welcoming and in a peaceful place. We walked a lot, in the center of Fouras, accessible on foot. You can go to the island of Aix by taking the boat on foot. The weather was nice. Good memories.

Great stay at Clément and Caroline's house. The house is even more beautiful and spacious than the photos show. Several outbuildings provide privacy, the pool and garden are beautiful. The house is in a small hamlet 10 min by bike from the Cotiniere, which works very well! The only downside is the neighbors are close by. Communication with hosts was very easy and pleasant, check-in and check-out was flexible. We loved these 3 days, we recommend eyes closed.

Great weekend with friends at Sabrina's. Beautiful house, welcoming and accommodating host. Close to the center of La Rochelle by car or bike. No complaints, we'll be back!

Kasia and Anthony's house was perfect for our weekend with friends. The land is huge, well maintained. The pool and terrace are very nice. And the rooms are very comfortable with excellent bedding. The house in its likeness is really tastefully decorated and we would have stayed a little longer! All communication with Kasia and Anthony, and with Sandrine on site, went very well, everything was simple and smooth. Thank you very much

We had a lovely stay with family in this villa, welcoming with its refined decoration, beautiful garden and beautiful size swimming pool. The plancha and the sheltered terrace are ideal for summer meals.

Very nice house, very clean with quality amenities. Quiet place. We encountered a small problem with the pool and Thibaut was very responsive in trying to resolve the problem remotely , even if the problem was not completely resolved, but we were able to enjoy it and have a good holiday.

Beautiful, large, well laid out and tastefully decorated house. Terrace with a very pleasant reclosable pool. Close to the center of Ars. We had a great week there with 9 people.

We all enjoyed your beautiful house. We appreciated the artistic style of the place and the relaxed feel of somewhere that is loved very much. We appreciated the design of the place and the inside and outside spaces, the generous amount of wonderful kitchen equipment, the games cupboard, the dartboard, and most of all the wonderful swimming pool was really enjoyed by everyone. We enjoyed the location very much. Being able to easily walk to the daily market, to the beach or to cafe's and restaurants lent joy and ease to our stay. Thank you very much we would love to come back again .

Anne’s house was just fantastic. It was absolutely spotless, in a fantastic location and perfect for a family holiday. I would highly recommend it.

Despite a very cold pool due to a tarpaulin problem that did not allow us to fully enjoy it, the villa is very beautiful and we had a great stay. Estelle was very flexible and welcoming. She offered to come back to solve the pool problem and managed to get the pool technician to come in the same day. It is unfortunate that he was unable to resolve the issue. We chose the house in particular to enjoy the pool. Next time. Thanks to Estelle for letting us stay an extra day. The city's services are superb with magnificent living spaces. However, I would have appreciated better overall cleanliness in view of the price. (Dust in all rooms…)

This house is a haven of peace by being 5 minutes by bike from the center of the Flotte (market, bakery, port,..) The swimming pool and private parking for two cars and bikes are a real plus at this charming rental. The communication with both hosts and Claire who manages the hosting was perfect. We recommend 100%

Beautiful and very well-equipped house. The pool is large and the summer kitchen is very nice. We were 2 families with kids and we didn't feel cramped. The pool was malfunctioning but the owner was responsive unlike the concierge. We recommend eyes closed.

Very nice house, pleasant, comfortable, well decorated and well equipped. The outside is as beautiful as the inside. Very friendly welcome from Estelle, which doesn't spoil anything. Remote village but not far from the beaches and La Rochelle. I recommend it.

Beautiful home in Loix. Walkable to town center for the market, restaurants. Loix is quiet and peaceful and the busier villages are easily accessible by bicycle. Pool is lovely. Would happily stay again!

Super nice house with a great garden. We had a great vacation in Christine's house with 4 adults and 3 children. We were received in a very friendly manner by Christine and were allowed to park our cars in the parking lots in advance. The house is very tasteful and cozy furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. With the new pool, the children in particular got their money's worth. You can walk to the city or the beach very quickly. All in all, a great place to stay! We will be happy to come back :)

this was an excellent family holiday property. Plenty of space, plenty of different areas inside and out to use, great pool for adults and children and very well kitted out. An attractive property. The host was very helpful when needed and accommodating. Thoroughly recommended.
