It's a beautiful property just outside of San Juan. We were able to get to the property easily by taxi, the entrance is a little hard to find in the dark but once we knew where it was, we were fine. a lot of our taxi drivers knew where to go. The room, food and view were amazing. I would highly recommend staying here especially if youre looking for a place to relax and do some yoga.

Great and luxurious accommodation just a short walk from the village. The staff is very friendly and the view from the condo is breathtaking. The complex is quiet and we really enjoyed our time by the pool, the on site bar / restaurant and the friday movie nights. The internet is also fast and reliable. I strongly recommend.

Definitely coming back here for more time. I booked this place on a whim. Walkable distance to all main attractions in San Juan del Sur. Pool view and even the room views were fantastic. The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked better than mine at home. I didn’t want to leave.

We had an amazing time at Scott's condo in Nicaragua!! The condo was incredibly clean, modern, and quite beautiful. The views are outstanding- you can sit on the front porch in the morning with a cup of coffee watching the waves crash...really unbelievable. The condo had all the amenities we needed and more- plenty of dishwater, cooking supplies, etc. It was great being able to cook dinner in the condo and all sit together for a meal. Scott was super helpful in arranging all rides and answering all our questions and concerns throughout the trip! He responded very quickly! Scott went out of his way to make sure we were all set in everything we needed. I would recommend anyone to stay in this condo- family, couples, friends!! Truly amazing vacation!

Great location on Rancho. Very spacious. Clean. Kitchen moderately stocked- cooked breakfast there every morning looking at the waves! Loved being near the pool but still being able to see the water. Balcony was great. Would 100% come back!

It was a treasure staying in Villa Palmera. The view is breathtakingly beautiful and the location is excellent. You can go and eat on walking distance on the beach and there is an incredibly beautiful beach closeby. Also surf is on walking distance from the house and the village where you can find anything you need is 20 minutes away. The Communication with Dan and also Wilfredo was exceptional. I felt home in villa Palmera. They arranged to transform one bedroom into a bureau and that truly was a gift I enjoyed everyday. The communication went so fluently which made my stay the best I could imagine and i truly felt home. Fast solutions for anything needed where directly followed up and arranged. It’s a different experience than hotels etc because you feel it’s a family property build with love and also the arrangement with the people that work on the property are super efficient, filled with integrity and well arranged. Everything is super clean. Thank you Dan and Wilfredo.

Dan and his team were proactively giving us any information we requested. The house is beautiful and the beach front view I’d consider is the best one in the area! I’d stat here again. Highly recommended!

Great house, very convenient and comfortable, 4 minutes drive from the beach Lewis is supporting any need immediately also, we got a late check out which helped us a lot. highly recommend!

The pictures on this place need to be updated, they don’t do it justice; it is BEAUTIFUL! secluded, beautiful pool, huge rooms, amazing outdoor living space if it rains, great sunset views. Anne-Marie was also a fantastic host for us, helped us a lot and in a big way! 11/10

John's Casita is a perfect two bedroom with 3 beds in the wonderful Rancho Santana resort. Lot's to do, great surf at 5 different breaks, but there is a lot else to do too. John is a great owner to work with. We have nothing but positive experience,. Will definitively use again. The Casita is located steps away from the main inn, but more secluded and private. It's garden and view a little slice of paradise. The food in the restaurants, cafe and Los Perros are outstanding as well, as is all the staff and service. But the Casita is also set-up for you to prepare your own meals if you like and there are numerous options for food sourcing. So we ate out sometimes and in sometimes. Everything is spotless and painless! John's rates are also very competitive for the area.

A beautiful property in the Nicaraguan Pacific. The view is unique and more at sunset, it is a perfect place for those looking for tranquility and adventure. The infinity pool is really beautiful. The hammocks in the corridors I think were my favorite place on this property. I recommend it and I would go back to the site.

This Airbnb looked even better than the photos! Me and my boyfriend were in shock when we arrived at how beautiful the property and amenities were. We woke up every morning to seeing the surfers surfing down at playa maderas. One of the most beautiful views I’ve ever seen in my life. But one of the best parts of our stay was the staff that worked on the property. Delvin and Wilfredo made our stay very special. They were extremely responsive and helpful with any questions or assistance we needed. They made our stay very special, and we won’t forgot them and the level of service they provided! Hands down probably the best staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with.
