We loved being there! The apartment is bigger than expected from the pictures, super well equipped and very clean. The garden is simply amazing. We could have breakfast and dinner under the porch even while raining. It was possibly even more romantic and beautiful. If you keep the door to the garden open you can fall asleep to the sound of the lake. Well located between the mountains and Como, at walking distance from good restaurants and cocktail places. Public free parking around the corner, super easy to carry luggage inside. Nicoletta is really friendly and gave us simple and clear instructions for check in and check out, plus lots of useful tips about local places and made us laugh too! Thank you!

Останавливались на два дня в июле чтобы отпраздновать семейное событие. Все очень понравилось, соответствует ожиданиям, отзывчивый хозяин. Рекомендую к посещению.

Wow! What a beautiful flat. Nicoletta was very responsive! She was by far one of the best host on Airbnb. The place was beautiful!! Clean and very spacious! More spacious than the picture showed!! THE VIEW! While it’s got a smaller view than most would want of como it still was amazing and very lovely to sit on the balcony and drink a glass of wine at night or eat a croissant and drink an espresso in the morning. Nicoletta was very responsive in so many ways. She fixed the one issue we had instantly without a fuss. That alone I wanna give her 10/5! She had recommendations on the spot for everything. She replied very fast and it was so nice. We are already want to come back!!

The place itself is very comfortable and had everything you need. The view of lake Como is stunning and location was great. Easy walk to shops, bus and ferry station. Denis is very proactive and helped us with finding another accommodation due a mix up of dates on our behalf. Would highly recommend to stay at this lovely apartment.

Hele fijne woning op minder dan 30 minuten rijden van Como centrum. Zeer ruime en verzorgde gedeelde tuin waar onze hond zich helemaal kon uitleven. Een fantastisch restaurant naast de deur en een prachtig uitzicht op de bergen en het meer. Kortom, een zeer aan te raden verblijf voor iedereen die op zoek is naar rust maar makkelijk met de auto naar verschillende adembenemende dorpjes wil rijden. Wij komen zeker terug.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was perfectly located right next to the Funicular and next to the promenade that runs around the marina in Como. Despite being in a busy area it is set back a little from the road so it also feels peaceful and quiet. The little balcony is a lovely place to sit and enjoy the view. It is exactly as it appears on the photographs, only better in real life. Communication was super responsive and helpful, with restaurant suggestions and local information provided. We enjoyed a trip on the funicular one evening to watch the sunset and walked to the lighthouse at the top (steep but rewarding with a great view).

We had the most incredible stay at Mattia and Daniela’s place—an absolute gem in Lake Como. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect: peaceful, quiet, and the kind of breathtaking views that truly stay with you. Mattia was beyond responsive and generous throughout our entire stay. He and Daniela went above and beyond in every way, making us feel genuinely welcome and taken care of. The home itself was spotless, beautifully inviting, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. It was exactly the peaceful escape we hoped for—if not better—and we’re already dreaming about coming back. Thank you again, Mattia and Daniela, for such an unforgettable experience. Franceso was an absolute incredible host. He was extremely helpful, quick to respond, and provided lots of tip/tricks/recommendations for traveling around and enjoying Lake Como. The place was super nice and modern with all the amenities listed (for anyone worried about AC, it worked quickly and was more than enough to cool it). Outside, the view was absolutely stunning and it was so peaceful and quiet at night (it is a very quiet area in general which was a plus...absolutely no tourist noise or traffic). With it being in a quiet area, I do have to prewarn it is up on a hillside that requires walking up steep hills and some staircases (when arriving, you will definitely want to have some way of being dropped off at the door if you have large, heavy baggage), but it is worth the climb. :) All in all, I couldn't recommend this place enough for anyone, especially couples, who want a beautiful, quiet place to stay and enjoy on Lake Como.

Beautiful apartment with view to lake. Host was very responsive & helpful. Apartment accommodated us well. Very clean and near restaurants. You can travel by foot but easier with a vehicle due to apartment being uphill. I would defintely stay there again. 10/10

Квартира превзошла ожидания. Этого не видно на фотографиях, но балкон довольно большой - одновременно помещается и стол со стульями и шезлонг и ещё остаётся место. С балкона отличный вид на горы и озеро. Утром можно наблюдать восход солнца, А вечером отдохнуть тени. В квартире есть все необходимое. Матрас жёсткий, что тоже плюс Рядом остановка автобуса и парома, а также магазин и кафешки. Хозяйка замечательная и большая молодец. Отвечает быстро и старается помочь, очень ей благодарны. В самом городке работает фуникулер в Пигру (по состоянию на 22.06.2025) так что можно посмотреть на озеро с высоты. Жители Ардженьо гостепреимны и тоже готовы прийти на помощь. Проблема с посадкой на паром и покупкой билетов на него в Ардженьо нет, в отличии от Комо и Беладжио. Единственное - в воскресенье могут быть проблемы с общественным транспортом и такси. Так что это нужно учитывать при планировании отъезда.

Beautiful place and stunning view! Very private and the pool and surroundings were such an added bonus. The one thing we wish we did was rent a car because only a few restaurants are nearby and you have to walk on the main highway. But it was a wonderful stay and Vicky was great at communication!

Emanuele’s place has spectacular views of the lake (big windows in the spacious living room!), and an incredible location. Peaceful, serene, clean and quiet place. The restaurant next-door is fantastic. We had dinner there 2 nights. And there’s even a fun good little coffee shop. that’s just a short five minute walk. The host was responsive and Sarah was great to communicate with. One suggestion: there are no markets in the area except a Mini Mart. Suggest you buy what you need before you arrive to this gorgeous place.

Wir waren 10 Tage in dem wunderschönen Appartement, welches keine Wünsche offen ließ. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft, die Lage ruhig und idyllisch. Das Nötigste konnte man in ein paar Minuten kaufen in einem kleinen nahegelegenen Shop. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Wer eine Auszeit sucht, wird sie dort finden.

Wir waren übers Wochenende in Blevio und somit bei Dana. Das Airbnb war so schön, es war sehr sauber und man hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt. Wir waren mit dem Auto unterwegs und Dana hat uns auch gezeigt wo man öffentlich parken kann. (Begrenzte Parkplätze). Der Whirlpool war auch sehr sauber und man konnte entspannen und die Aussicht genießen. Eine echte Empfehlung!! Danke Dana!

Easily the best Air BnB experience I have ever had. Rosa Katherine is tremendously kind and a true super-host. My wife and I eloped in Bellagio during our time here and Rosa made sure we had all of the necessary accommodations. The place is peaceful and luxurious with breathtaking views better than the pictures. You will definitely want a vehicle - we rented a Vespa from Roberto at Varenna Vespa Rent. It was simple and allowed us to wisp in and out of all the little lake towns and ride into the mountains a bit. The bed is super comfortable and the AC worked great, we had very high temps one day and it kept up fantastically. On top of being an incredible host - Rosa Katherine was genuinely eager to make sure that we were always taken care of with a deep level of hospitality.

Ce séjour en famille s’est extrêmement bien passé ; nous nous sommes régalés dans le logement de Luca qui correspondait parfaitement à la description. L’atout charme : le spa et le jacuzzi avec une vue imprenable sur le lac 😍 Un grand merci aux co-hôtes Andrea et Carla pour leur gentillesse et leur réactivité dans les échanges avant, pendant et après notre séjour. Je recommande sans hésitation !

Great location for a family. Centrally located and great view about. Washer was great and the outdoor space allowed us to dry our clothes quickly. It was nice for everyone to have space to spread out.

This apartment is so big, you feel like you’re in a pent house suite. We loved this place. We were able to cook some meals in the kitchen, the deck is beautiful. We were nervous about the drive and parking. Parking was fine, no issues. Yes it is a tight squeeze - but it’s Italy, driving in general is a tight squeeze. It’s easier than other reviews have made out to be. The accomodation is further up the hill and back from the town. The drive takes about 13 minutes. Not a scary drive, just a slow one with so many turns. We loved the location as it was already so busy in town that we felt like we got to escape the crowds. You would want a car here for sure. You can’t walk down to the town. And parking and driving around was easy, not as busy as you think it would be because everyone is taking ferry’s not driving. So we were able to drive down and park and go for dinner or breakfast easily. Highly recommend this place.

Rolig og flott sted, leiligheten var som beskrevet i annonsen. Vi var 6 voksne som hadde ei flott uke i leiligheten med flott utsikt. Vi leide sykler fra @Bike it! Bellagio, veldig god service her også. Fint å sykle å oppleve nye steder, ferge fra Bellagio gikk til begge sidene av innsjøen og var lett tilgjengelig 😊
