It's easy to feel comfortable here! The bed is freshly made with sheets when you arrive, and clean towels are provided. This is a really cozy 27 sqm cottage with a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen, as well as a 29 sqm veranda with a magnificent view of Lake Siljan. The cottage is located on a private property (5,000 sqm) in the beautiful village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The village is located along Lake Siljan, 10 minutes to central Leksand and just as close to Tällberg. There are nice walking paths along Lake Siljan nearby, both in summer and winter.

Newly built in 2019. 150 meters to the Elljusspår trail, outdoor gym, and the start of the Vildmarksleden trail. 1 kilometer to Dössberget Inn and the Sagostigen trail. About 5-10 minutes by car to Bjursås Berg and Sjö. 1.5 km walk to the ski center. 3 beds. (+2 sofa beds) Double bed, one single bed, plus two beds in a sofa bed (best suited for children). There is a wood-fired sauna. Cleaning and rental of bed linens/towels can be purchased. No smoking and no pets.

The cottage, or Bagarstugan as we call it, is located on a beautiful valley farm surrounded by a wonderful garden. Here is miles of views and peaceful location in the small village Utenåker about 6 km from Rättvik city center. Rättvik is wonderful both summer and winter. During the sports holiday weeks, there is access to most ski slopes. Rättvik's slalom slope (6 min), Orsa Grönklitt (60 min), Bjursås ski center (20 min), Romme (50 min). Nice cross-country ski trails and a plowed ice rink on Siljan when the ice has settled.

Our house is located with a magical view of Siljan and Rättvik. The apartment that we rent out is located in NB in a two-story house and is completely renovated, spring 2023. The apartment is about 60 m2 and has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room with large sofa bed Sweef Bear Divan, 160 cm bed width, armchair bed, bedroom with double bed and fully tiled bathroom/toilet with shower. You have access to your own patio with outdoor furniture, barbecue and a large lawn that attracts play and socializing.
