The cottage is located on a private property (5,000 sqm) in the beautiful village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The village is located along Lake Siljan, 10 minutes to central Leksand and just as close to Tällberg. There are nice walking paths along Lake Siljan nearby, both in summer and winter.

Här är milsvid utsikt och rofyllt läge i den lilla byn Utanåker ca 6 km från Rättvik centrum. Rättvik är underbart både sommar och vinter. Under sportlovs veckorna finns tillgång till flertalet skidbackar. Rättviks slalombacke (6 min), Orsa Grönklitt (60 min), Bjursås skicenter (20 min), Romme (50 min). Fina längdskidspår samt plogad isbana på Siljan när isen lagt sig.
