Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ripatransone

Der Vermieter ist gewerblich. Daniel, der sich um das Anwesen kümmert, war aber sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Was uns auch sehr gefreut hat war das Mineralwasser in Glasflaschen, das bereits im Kühlschrank auf uns gewartet hat. Die Lage war wirklich besonders schön mit Blick bis zum Meer und in die Berge und sehr ruhig. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die Mückengitter an den Fenstern waren sehr gut und auch nötig. Wenn man von Mücken bevorzugt wird, sollte man an Mückenabwehrmittel und elektrische Stichheiler denken mitzunehmen. Die Matratzen der Betten waren meinem Mann leider zu hart. Ein optionaler weicher Matratzen Topper könnte da einfache Abhilfe schaffen. Der Garten war groß und alles war sauber gepflegt, aber leider war nicht ein einziger blühender Strauch vorhanden. Ein paar bunte Oleander, einige Lavendel und Rosmarin würden dem leeren Garten wirklich gut tun. Alles in allem war es ein erholsamer Aufenthalt, wir haben uns gut entspannt. Danke Daniel!

Nuestra estadía en lo de Liliana fue excelente, todo fue a último momento ya que no planeábamos quedarnos en Ancona y ella fue súper amable con nosotros, se ofreció a buscarnos y también llevarnos a conocer la cuidad cercana. En todo momento estuvo predispuesta a nuestras necesidades y hacer que nuestra estadía sea lo más cómoda posible y ¡sí que lo logró! En cuanto al lugar, es una zona tranquila y alejada de la ciudad pero podes llegar a la playa en menos de 10 min caminando. El apartamento era muy lindo, cómodo y tal cual se aprecia en las fotos. Sparkling clean, lovely updated apartment, host was very communicative and explained the details of the unit, beautiful view and quiet, peaceful surroundings. I hope we can visit again in the summer to use the pool!

De nacht voor onze vroege vlucht doorgebracht in het appartement van Francesco. We hadden een heerlijke rustige comfortabele nacht. Het appartement is verrassend ruim en licht. Mocht het nodig zijn zullen we niet aarzelen om het appartement nogmaals te boeken!

Great place rooms are nice and big, excellent location, truly authentic Italian style. Pescara is our favourite place to visit, highly recommended this Apartment. Very helpful host and all the facilities you need.

Gianluca è un host impeccabile, dal checkin al checkout, è sempre presente se si ha bisogno di lui. L'unica differenza rispetto all'annuncio che il posto auto NON è interno al cortile ma è disponibile (si trova se si cerca bene negli orari giusti) im Via Pola. Tale discrepanza cmq mi è stata immediatamente spiegata molto gentilmente dal Sig. Giancluca perché NON c'è la possibilità, su come è impostato il sito di Airbnb, di inserire l'opzione del parcheggio esistente se non scegliendo l'opzione interno. Cmq posizione favolosa perché si è in centro, attaccati alla stazione, attaccati ad entrambi i lungomare (nord e sud di Civitanova) e alle spiagge libere disponibili oltre ai numerosissimi locali e bagni. Consigliato vivamente. P.s.. Must: colazione sul balconcino esposto a est.

IMPECABLE!!! El alojamiento es extremadamente lindo y comodo, con muchas comodidas. Tiene absolutamente todo lo que necesitas. Las vistas a las colinas son hermosas! We stayed at LaPerla for around 4 weeks and had a really great time. The apartment was clean, well furnitured and the location is amazing. There are so many good restaurants and bars close by, the city center is just around the corner and the beach is literally across the street. The communication was super easy. Cristiano was always available if something came up and he is an exceptionally friendly and helpful host as well 😊 We had a wonderful time there, highly recommended ✌️🐬

We spent a wonderful Christmas in Barbel’s place. A wonderfully clean and warm house with everything needed for a cosy winter stay. The pool went unused but we will try to come back in the summer - the view is spectacular! Beds were super comfortable and Barbel quick on the replies and checked regularly to make sure we were okay and had no issues. Car obviously necessary but Montelparo only a few minutes away with a nice pizzeria and other amenities.

We had an exceptional 2-week stay at Lucia and Carlo’s beautiful two-level apartment. My son, a professional golfer, had a tournament at Canero Golf Course, and this place was the perfect retreat. The location is ideal, close to lovely beaches and fantastic seafood restaurants. We experienced a transition from warm beach weather to crisp fall air, and the apartment was cozy and comfortable throughout. Lucia was incredibly attentive to my remote work needs, providing lightning-fast WiFi and a comfortable office setup. The apartment matches the listing perfectly: elegantly decorated, a well-equipped kitchen (ideal for cooking healthy meals), and plenty of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Though we didn’t use the outdoor BBQ, we enjoyed the terrace with its stunning views—a peaceful spot to unwind. Lucia’s responsiveness and care for details truly enhanced our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed accommodation!

I cannot express enough positive sentiments about Sara and Giacomo. They are exceptionally warm, responsive, and friendly hosts. The house is brand new, modern, and spacious, with every comfort and need thoughtfully anticipated. We were the first guests to stay in this newly finished property and truly enjoyed our time in Le Marche. The house is ideally located on a peaceful, quiet country road, with a view of the ancient city of Osimo in the distance. It is the perfect base for exploring Le Marche, which offers beautiful medieval villages nearby and easy access to the sea. After a long day of exploring, returning to such a comfortable, relaxing, and well-equipped home was wonderful. Sara was always available and extraordinarily responsive to any questions or requests for recommendations. She is truly delightful. It’s clear that Sara and Giacomo want to create something special, and they have indeed succeeded. I highly recommend staying here.

É stata una esperienza meravigliosa, vivere in una casa bella e autentica! Io e mia famiglia ci siamo trovare molto bene, in casa c’era tutto e di più che ci serviva! Una atmosfera accogliente e la pulizia in altezza! Grazie mille, ci torneremo di sicuro!

Ein wunderhübsches Häuschen, perfekt gelegen, liebevoll eingerichtet und blitzsauber! Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne einmal wieder!

A lovely old building with geeat character and recently renovated and in pristine condition. Comfortable and convenient to the old town and also a short walk to a supermarket. Great views from the top bedroom. Luca is helpful host and available for questions. There are two flights of stairs inside so it may not be appropriate if you are mobility limited but fine for most people. Also parking can be a challenge in Castelfidardo. There is parking nearby but it’s not always available. You moght end up parking a bit farther away after you drop your bags off. It’s no negative reflection on La Casetta; just something to be aware of. All in all a perfect place to stay. I look forward to returning!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Arianna. C'est une personne très accueillante, qui nous a donné de bons conseils de sortie ou de repas. Elle nous a aussi nettement simplifié notre arrivée. L'appartement était propre, bien rangé et bien agencé. Situé dans un petit village, nous avons profité du calme de l'endroit mais aussi de la proximité des villes environnantes et de la mer non loin. La communication était également parfaite, notamment du fait qu'Arianna parle un très bon anglais. Une personne et un endroit qui sont vraiment à conseiller pour tout séjour dans la région. Un grand merci pour cette belle semaine.

Abbiamo alloggiato nell'appartamento di Eleonora per una notte. L'attico è molto confortevole e vari servizi sono gestibili comodamente dal tablet. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo potuto usufruire della sauna, dell'area relax con la parete di sale e di una vasta scelta di the e tisane a disposizione. La cucina era perfettamente attrezzata e funzionale. Ambienti curati nei minimi dettagli, abbiamo molto apprezzato la living room in stile giapponese. Perfetto per un weekend di relax.

Accoglienza al top, piccole attenzioni dedicate al cliente assai gradevoli. Casa pulita e in ordine, dotata di tutti i comfort. Prezzo giusti. Ci siamo trovati bene. Zona un po’ periferica ma comunque a pochi passi dal centro di Jesi, che merita di essere visitato.

We stayed from May 4th to May 24th. Francesca was so welcoming and kind, truly a wonderful woman. The apartment was very modern and spotlessly clean, with all the amenities anyone would require. The location was fabulous, directly across from the beach and walking distance to fabulous restaurants, shops, cafes and ice cream shops serving delicious gelatos. It was a true dream vacation. We are planning our return trip for next year. We HIGHLY recommend. Thank you again Francesca.

Alloggiare presso l'appartamento di Cinzia e di suo marito è stata un'esperienza super positiva! L'appartamento, in una zona tranquilla e vicino al mare, rispecchiava le foto e la descrizione....anzi dal vivo è ancora meglio. Pulito, ordinato, completo di ogni cosa, sia in cucina che in bagno....non mancava assolutamente nulla. Come è scritto nella descrizione, si potrebbe portare solo l'indispensabile e le cose personali....il resto lo si trova lì! Cinzia e suo marito ci hanno accolti personalmente al nostro arrivo, nonostante un nostro piccolo ritardo. Ci hanno spiegato tutto, dato delle dritte sulle attività del posto e sono stati reattivi ad ogni nostra richiesta. Ad esempio per un piccolo problema alla caldaia, avvisata Cinzia, dopo 5 minuti era a casa con un tecnico....ed erano quasi le 22.....tutto risolto in 10 minuti! Che dire.....grazie di tutto e sicuramente consiglio, senza dubbi, questo appartamento!

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento e sono rimasta davvero soddisfatta! La casa è accogliente, pulita e ben organizzata. La cucina è perfetta, con tutti gli utensili necessari per cucinare comodamente. È stato davvero piacevole trovare prodotti essenziali come sale, olio, zucchero e spezie, che hanno reso la mia esperienza ancora più piacevole. Non dover pensare a comprare tutto il necessario per cucinare è stato un vero plus. La posizione è ideale, in una zona tranquilla ma ben collegata. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento a chi cerca comfort e praticità!
