Kootenay Lake is 125km long,situated between the Selkirk Range and the Purcell Range and surrounded by wilderness. Swim,Kayak,canoe,sail,mountain bike,cycle, golf,ski, x-country ski ! it's all close by. Centrally situated to get to Nelson,Ainsworth hot Springs,Kaslo,Whitewater ski hill....

A Peaceful and Private Studio Suite

A beautiful suite nestled in nature. It is located just outside of Balfour with access to the ferry landing, balfour store, a gas station and bakery. Ainsworth Hotsprings is a short 15 min drive, Kokanee Creek Provincial Park is 10 minutes away and Balfour Golf Course is even closer! Nelson and all its amenities is about a 25 minute jaunt. 4 wheel drive is recommended during winter weather as the last little stretch is a little steeper. Winter weather can be unpredictable.

Both suites are spacious and feature incredible lake and mountain views, private decks, fully equipped kitchens, and private access to a secluded beach. Access world class mountain bike trails or walk the river trail right from the Cedar Cottage.
