Cute and cozy little private guesthouse inside a main property where you find the main house and another guesthouse, in quiet and nice gated community, 200 meters from the beach, 24/7 security, full size bed, equipped kitchen, private bathroom with shower. Pool has to be shared with the main house and the other guesthouse. Wifi is provided through an extender so it is not always reliable. AC is an extra cost of 7 us$ per night. NO TV. There is a dog on the property, her name is Ella. No Smoking
