Holiday rentals with a patio in Río Negro Province

Paula and Pablo were super attentive! They waited for us even though our flight was delayed. They gave us a map and offered us rain jackets for our walks. The cottage is very well equipped, the heating is very good, the kitchen has everything you could need. The apples they left us were a super nice touch, they are from their own tree on the property. They always responded to messages in a couple of minutes. Very kind! Super good wifi/internet for work, even with video calls. Very cozy and nice space!

Incredible stay in Vero's studio. Very good location with respect to the center, and it has markets/kiosks nearby to buy things. In turn, it is close to several bus stops, which connect you with the most tourist points of Bariloche. The studio is well equipped for two people, it is very comfortable and bright. It has everything you need to cook, as well as to prepare breakfast. Ideal for couples on a budget. Highly recommended.

The apartment is beautiful! The view is divine! The location is ideal! Far from the noise, but on the Bustillo avenue that connects to all the walks, even if you go without a car you have buses almost at the door that take you practically to all the places of interest. There's a spectacular bakery almost across the street and a supermarket that has everything about 5 blocks away. A luxury! We'll be back!

Beautiful apartment, Carina's service was excellent, very attentive and kind. The apartment is very well located and with a garage, which was extremely useful since it is in a downtown area where parking is scarce. Very comfortable and comfortable. After seeing dozens of Airbnbs in the area (I'm very meticulous when selecting) I decided on this one because of the beautiful photos. Once inside, it exceeds expectations instantly. The apartment is breathtaking and the views are amazing. Very clean, tastefully decorated and tidy. The layout in the house is impeccable, with the giant, endless window overlooking the lake. A constant feeling of being in a little paradise. Communication with the hosts was instant and super friendly and helpful. My parents and I had a fantastic time, would recommend it to anyone and would always come back.

The apartment is spotless (amenities, heating, cleaning, decor, everything!!) and the view is beautiful… it's a few blocks from downtown but worth it. I would come back a thousand times (I would only be attentive to the high season of graduates because it is in the heart of the nightlife area)... it is worth noting the attention of Florencia, the girl who received us! Thank you very much to her for the affection and dedication! Without a doubt… I RECOMMEND

The place is beautiful, I felt at home, which was important to stay longer during the bad weather. The wifi was very good, and the views were very nice. He looked very confident. The garage is also very comfortable and easy to park. The host was flexible and allowed us to check in about 3 hours early, which was super helpful for us. I would definitely come back, it's a great idea for couples.

We had the most wonderful stay! From the second we arrived we felt right at home — the reveal was just as listed — clean, quiet, spacious, and peaceful, and the views were stunning! We stayed four nights and didn’t want to leave! We enjoyed being just outside of but still very accessible Bariloche proper, and having easy access to many local hikes, drives, beaches, etc. It was also such a treat to have direct beach access! We went down every day. The hosts were incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful. In short, I would come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend for a tranquil stay in Bariloche!

Marce's house is a dream. From the architecture of the house to the beauty of the beach where it is, every detail is unique. The house is very nice and has a wonderful comfort, just as seen in the photos. Everything works very well and each environment has its window overlooking the beach. Also, there are plenty of beach, board games and books to make the stay even better. The surrounding environment of the house is a dream. Getting up and seeing the beach, the calm of the sound of the sea, the sunrises and the number of stars you can see at night is amazing To all this, there is a beautiful orange cat that lives by the houses there, we put Niquito, it is the sweetest cat they will ever meet in their lives. All this makes Marce's place a unique and wonderful thing. Don't hesitate to go because you're going to have a great time and you're going to relax a lot. We will definitely come back and enjoy everything I wrote again.

An absolutely incredible place to stay in beautiful surroundings. So peaceful and quiet and beautifully decorated. Paula was brilliant - she shared so much useful information and kept in touch before and during our stay and went above and beyond to help. I only wish we had stayed longer!

We had an excellent experience in this house in Bariloche. The property is comfortable, well-equipped and very clean, with everything you need for a pleasant family stay. The location is ideal: close to the main attractions and with incredible views of the Patagonian landscape. I especially highlight the tranquility of the environment and the warmth of the home. Incredible experience. Silvia is a sweetheart, always attentive and aware of our stay. The house is practically new, and it's even prettier than in the photos! It is equipped with absolutely everything you could need, it has boiler heating with radiators in all rooms and a complete kitchen with everything you need and more. Each corner is tastefully decorated, creating a warm atmosphere that makes you feel at home. The location is ideal, in the heart of the small circuit and only 25 minutes from the center of Bariloche. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Beautiful cabin and place! We had several unfortunate problems, such as the kitchen faucet was lost and could not be used, or we could not enter the cabin one day, but the truth is that she always responded and solved everything efficiently. Thank you very much Caro, we hope to return soon!

Flo is a kind and very helpful host. We didn't speak much Spanish, but was able to have a great conversation in English and learned lots about the place and the hosts connection to the area. We had a very peaceful and nice stay there. Bonus that it was very close to the airport, the neighborhood felt very safe, and a wonderful view. Close to a bike path.

Very nice place to stay! Super quiet, clean and safe. Afiltron is very friendly. Checkin and checkout alone, you are not dependent on anyone. I give you 10/10, we come again for sure.

We had a wonderful time staying at Ashley's condo. The view of the lake and mountains is spectacular, and at the same time it is walkable to the supermarket, restaurants, and cafes. I stayed a few days in Natalia's apartment and everything was amazing, the place is as shown in the photos. Ideal for resting and enjoying San Martin. She was very kind and was available all the time. I would choose this place again a million times.
