The house is delightful, great location, quiet street, super close to the beach and the grocery store. Practical, functional and fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher. TV room and dining room integrated with the kitchen. Great rooms and bathrooms. It does not have a garage, but you can park in front of the gate without problems. I have a large car and it fit without any problem, the street is wide. I will be back for sure!

Our stay was simply amazing! The house is beautiful, super organized, clean and equipped with absolutely everything you may need — from kitchen utensils to small details that make all the difference. The location is excellent, a few meters from the beach and in a super quiet area. We were received with great attention by Mr. Paulo and Mrs. Adelaide, Fabiola's parents, who introduced us to the house, gave us all the tips and made us feel at home from the first moment. During the stay, we count on the help of Neide, who went to the house each morning to help us with the cleaning. Always very friendly and efficient, left everything impeccable — a sure indication of Fabiola, which we also recommend! And the view… what a wonderful view! A real getaway to rest, recharge and enjoy good times with family and friends. No doubt, a place to come back many and many times. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

Everything was perfect. The house really is very good, comfortable, it has everything you need and very well located, less than 50mts from the beach and next to the mall. Very faithful to the photos of the ad. Sônia served us very well, always responding politely and quickly. We will definitely return!

The house is wonderful, it matches the photos in the listing and stands out for its cleanliness and comfort for all guests (we stayed in a group of 13 people, all people well accommodated). The housekeeper Daiana, who Victor recommended for separate cleaning, was very helpful and polite. I highly recommend her!

Stay worth your stay! Everything is very new, the house is well equipped, everything was clean and tidy. The neighborhood is safe and quiet.

Alfredo's place is exactly like the description - perfect. The house has all the utencilios domestica, very clean, 3 suites, the condominium and very well located. We did everything on foot (market, restaurants, bars, pharmacy and beach). Mr. Alfredo always responded very quickly and was very kind in extending our check out. Mr. Zaqueu is the caretaker of the house and received us and explained to us about the whole routine. Everything went well! I recommend it to everyone and I hope to be back soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Deri's house in Juqueí! The house is excellent: very comfortable, modern and cozy. The barbecue area is super nice and the pool was a success, especially with the kids, who enjoyed it a lot. The three suites were perfect for our group, ensuring comfort and privacy for everyone. The house also has a garage for two cars and many details that convey care for the house. I felt very safe during the stay. A super special highlight was the beach service, which literally saved us! The team set up the tent with chairs for all guests, which made all the difference. It is a true VIP service, which has further elevated the experience. Communication with Deri was great, always very attentive and flexible, and Mr. Odilon also attended to us promptly whenever necessary. We really felt at home and would definitely come back on other occasions. I highly recommend it!

Caio and Sônia were great hosts. The space was very clean and the balcony of suite 8 overlooks the vegetation of the slope, ensuring privacy and a green wall. The cottage is very nice, with essential items available for use. The village is small, so any long walk does not last more than 20 minutes. As a gay couple, we feel safe and welcomed.

Wonderful stay, the place is perfect for spending time with structure and privacy close to the Atlantic Forest but at the same time having the beach nearby! We barbecued, watched Netflix and enjoyed everything it did with a little rain! City Hall would put a light on the part of the bathtub for the night, but we used some candles and tell you it got even better! Leonardo always polite and respond fast! Very good stay, I recommend 100% and would come back!

We just spent an amazing weekend at this house in Praia da Baleia! The house is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped — it has all the utensils we need for a perfect stay. There are four suites, a swimming pool, sauna, barbecue, pizza oven, and it's close to the beach! The condominium is super nice and safe, with beautiful houses around. The host was excellent, always responded quickly and gave us all the right directions. I highly recommend it for those who want to enjoy relaxing days with family or friends. We sure want to go back!

The house is excellent and the condominium is wonderful. The highlight of the house is the support of Lene, who was super cool and helped us feel at home. Clean pool, good barbecue and the condominium with many things to do. The house is at the end of the condo, but there are vacancies from the condo itself near the beach to drive us.

A really wonderful house, comfortable beds an incredible view, you really don't want to get out of there. Cooking with that view is incredible. We had a family vacation, where there were different spots to work, read, contemplate that view. Cyntia the clerk with help with everything in the house was really helpful. I cooked and was there catering to our needs. Juli the same, I could get everything I asked of her/I would really come back a thousand times !

Luiza's house is amazing, it is a few meters from the beach and a large market. In addition, it is very comfortable, has all the appliances and utensils for an incredible stay. I don't even know how to start, Vera is an amazing person and your house is cute, it looks like an enchanted house, the garden, the view, everything is perfect. I felt so at home that I would live there forever. It is a chalet in the middle of nature, safe and pleasant. you wake up and already look at the sea with the islands in front of you. Vc has to go by car to beach, but it is very close. It has everything you need and a wonderful energy!
