Stunning stay! way better than the other side of the hotel which is more expensive! honestly an amazing price point for the amount of space and view! totally worth it!

Zuleyka's place was clean and in a great location. Perfect to go to El Yunque and beautiful beaches very close to her house.

This house was beautiful and extremely clean and neat. It smelled amazing everytime you walked in. Everything you need was provided. Julievette was always quick with responding to messages. She was very detailed with instructions especially how to get to the property. Pictures definitely does not do any justice on how beautiful this property is. I would definitely come back to this property. My daughter and I loved it.

Charles place was BEAUTIFUL! Spacious and fit us 7 girls comfortable . Had all listed amenities . In house washer and dryer with laundry detergent was a huge help. Beds comfortable and water pressure in shower is strong . Stayed here for with a bachelorette group and it was so pretty ! Beautiful scenery worked out great for awesome pictures. The condo pool has alot of character , shallow and feels like bath water . So beautiful . Only downside to pool at condo is that it closed at 7 pm. I feel you should definitely rent a car when staying here as it is pretty isolated and no personal golf cart to use anymore . Beach is near by but everything else is pretty far . Can eat at Hyatt resort but very strict on rules to enter grounds (must have reservation , cannot have on resort or swim wear and only 2 people max) . Charles had great recommendations and good communication. I def would stay here again ! The scenery and condo itself is 10/10 !

This home had all you can ask for when traveling. The ocean front view, the location, the peaceful settings is all you can ask for. The location was perfect, beach front, walkable to cafes, local restaurants, supermarket, etc. The home was immaculate & the views from El Yunque mountains to Playa Azul. Wow! The drive was excellent to all area's you wish to visit. Alejandro was attentive, friendly & always responded in a timely matter. Our experience was super & we would definitely return to this peaceful oasis.

This was our 4th year to Puerto Rico on our family vacation. This year we decided to stay in Rio Grande and this condo was amazing. The roof top balcony watching the sunset or mid day rest with a nice breeze, was perfect. The week we came was very windy do we didn't get to enjoy the beach as much as we would have liked, but that's mother nature for you. The condo was very well stocked with many beach chairs and even a wagon, though we didn't use them. But I think it's great for those that want to spend the day hanging out on the beach. perfect location to go to Carabali Rainforest for a UTV ride and to El Yunque Rainforest for some hiking. Our host was great. very responsive and detailed.

Location, location, location! Beautiful spot that felt almost private at times. Enjoyed the benefit of staying on the Wyndham property from a privacy and security standpoint. Beach and pool were huge hits with the kids. Rainforest and Luquillo beach were minutes away. Tons to do! Main Wyndham property near by was nice to have for food. Sandra was very responsive while we were down there and gave us a lot of recommendations. View from the balcony of the beach and pool was stunning. Great trip!

Beautiful view of the ocean and walked right out to beach. Walk down to nearby resorts if you like to order some drinks, jet ski, etc. or just walk along the shore. She had great beach necessities such as beach towels, chairs, bags, coolers, sand toys and football available. It was easy to get in, she responded right away to questions and has a lovely place our family enjoyed for the week!

Place had everything I need, even had beach towels, beach chairs. Really, clean and very well maintained. Little struggles with Puerto Rico power plants and water plant losing both on my time of my stay, but I will not blame them for things that are not their fault. Overall, I like the place and Jennifer had great communication every time I needed support.

Spent a week at Melissa’s place. Description clearly matched condo. Condo was in a wonderful location many places within walking distance although we had a rental car to take advantage of exploring all Puerto Rico had to offer. The AC worked extremely well and she supplied all the necessities to enjoy the beach as well as cook at the condo. Felt safe in the area. Thank you again for opening your home to my family.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo very much. The pictures were accurate, we had lots of kitchens utensils and dishes. We appreciated the cooler and towels to use on the beach as well as beach chairs ( which we didn't actually need). The check in and out process was very easy and clear. We loved the views from the balcony and the quiet atmosphere of the community is unmatched. We also like the security at this resort. Communication was great with owners, we had a couple of questions and all were answered quickly and with a positive attitude. Would definitely book this condo again.

Came here for my birthday week, the place is exactly like the photos. Everything listed in description was true! The view on the balcony was so beautiful along with the fun amenities. Jovanny was also responsive, and attentive! Thank you Jovanny for making my birthday trip to PR the best experience ever! 💗

Loved staying here! The apartment was so comfortable and clean. The view was amazing. We had parking, good food, a beautiful place to stay, kioskos down the road for good food and memories we'll never forget. 10/10 I would recommend 🙂

We had a wonderful stay in Puerto Rico! The location was perfect — close to the beach, restaurants, and everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The space was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. We’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Javier is a great host! Sunset at Park Villas is a very peaceful, clean, and freindly community. The apartmebt was great, comfortable, clean, very smartly decorated, and the second floor patio is such a nice little hangout spot after a long day! We will definitely be back! Gracias Javier! Honestly, I cannot explain how much we loved this location. We traveled with a few friends from the area and even they agreed that this location was absolutely perfect. Yolanda made the entry to the condo easy and smooth and even a little flexible for us. She was beyond sweet and helpful. We did rent a van and loved that it was locked in the gated parking lot (just an added bonus as it was a rental). John left a list of local places to eat and they were all wonderful. Would absolutely come back and stay again!

Very cozy and peaceful. The jacuzzi was perfect to wind down at the end of the day and the bed was extremely comfortable. Hosts were quick to respond and attentive. Definitely recommend to stay here!

Overall a good stay. The place was clean and comfortable, and the host was responsive. However, the listing was a bit misleading regarding parking — the photos show the building’s parking entrance, but parking isn’t actually included. We only realized upon arrival that it mentioned paid parking in the fine print. Just something to keep in mind. Other than that, we enjoyed our time and the location worked well for us.

This place had everything we needed and the Hot Tub was such a great amenity. Luis even helped me extend my stay due to my user error of not checking the correct check out day. Forever grateful how easily he worked with me so I wasn’t scrambling to find another place. It was super easy to get Uber rides to anywhere we needed. Slept great through the night and the black out curtains were amazing. Thanks for the stay Luis. 10/10.
