Walter was an excellent host, unlimited water supply, comfortable, central and quiet place. An ideal place to rest and enjoy Livingston.

We had a great time as a family. The people who took care of us in the house were very attentive to the domestic service and the guardian and transfer by boat. Melvin was also attentive to communication.

Perfect for large groups or families, lots of space, peaceful and very private. Hosts assistant Paty was very nice and helpful she had cool waters and snacks waiting for us. I wished we could have stayed longer.

The place is as in the photos, the attentive host at all times, excellent for a family and especially a walk with the son perruno, I only recommend more directions on the way to be able to get there.

We were looking for something to spend several days relaxed and with things to do for my children (11 and 15 years old). This place was excellent. Since we arrived Don Mario was very helpful in welcoming us in the marina where we left parado el carro, it is a short 10 minute trip to the house. The house with its two air conditioned rooms, kitchen dining room and a terrace where we spend most of the time, the wind that there is makes it super nice to be outside. We threw a thousand times in the river, we use the pedal boat and we went to explore the surrounding area. Really no one wanted to come back on the last day. Maria was in constant communication with me and always attentive to any eventualities. We had Elvia's support in the house, Don Mario's daughter, during the week (paid separately and direct to her) and it was key so that we could be quieter, she is a very polite and helpful girl. It's definitely a place we hope to repeat soon...

My family and I were super happy. Everything was very clean, towels provided, pool was awesome. Also, you are able to walk around the place safely.

Great place, me and my family felt very comfortable!! They facilitated us how to get there and they gave us extra information such as contacts to request food and boat rides!! Delighted with the attention!! I suggest wearing repellent and insecticide because the bugs are never missing and are hard to deal with!!

This stay with Javier will have been the most significant of my 3-month trip to Guatemala. Everything is as described, the beauty of the place, accessible only by boat, the peaceful life of the inhabitants of this village Quee chi, the river and its natural pool, the birds... And Javier, his kindness and attention, good food and walks to discover the region... I feel "lucky" and hope to make you want to come and disconnect also in this unique environment!

Very good service from Hector You can improve the lighting of the house, also the pool. Around the pool we find some bugs, it can be improved.

Absolutely perfect place to stay. You will not miss the touch of Guatemala that you need to be able to enjoy even though it is completely private. Livingston is a Q20 boat ride away to be able to access everything you need. Perfectly located property at the mouth of the canyon of Rio dulce. I’ve never been to a more beautiful place in my life. The people In charge of the property were honest and very helpful. No pushing around or trying to dig money out of us. 100% recommend to anybody that is looking to have the time of their life.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at the cottage! The beautiful views and the soothing sounds of nature made for an unforgettable experience. It was the perfect getaway, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Maximo and Annette were outstanding hosts – welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home. We also want to give a special shoutout to German and Lucky, who took great care of us during our stay. Their help and kindness made our experience even better, and we really appreciate them. This was a 10/10 stay, and we can’t wait to come back!

We loved the experience at home Manatí, we would stay one night but the place is so magical that we ended up staying 2 nights. The attention and communication with Julio was excellent, he helped us with the request for transport by boat. The location is perfect for relaxing and connecting with nature.
