Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Rio de Janeiro Metropolitan Area

My girlfriend and I had a flawless stay. Mrs. Magda and her Luiz welcomed us at the door, they were very helpful throughout the period. The place is beautiful, with a beautiful view and a beautiful view of the forest. It's also not very far from the main points of Itaipava, such as the castle or the center. We'll be back for sure!!!

We had a great stay! The house is exactly as in the photos — modern, very comfortable, clean and extremely well cared for, with all the necessary items for a couple. The decoration really caught our attention, everything was impeccable. The condominium is very safe and quiet, which made us feel very comfortable throughout the stay, we felt at home! A special highlight goes to Ohanna, who was super kind, always quick to respond and very proactive in ensuring that everything was perfect for our stay. We recommend for sure and look forward to coming back soon!

the house is the same as in the photos, easy to find, close to the sights, downtown and the ferry, everything clean and fragrant bed/bath linens, Daniella's mother who welcomed us was very friendly and Daniella always responded quickly! a very safe place! my boyfriend and I loved it, it was our first time staying at an airbnb and the experience was incredible, great price too, I recommend the accommodation to everyone

The house is very beautiful, the internal lake and the view are the strong points. Good beds and bedding, we missed more towels because we went in the cold and it was difficult to dry. One point of attention was that two dogs, one of them a pit bull, entered through the back of the yard, I found the situation dangerous, especially if someone had children, the lower part is not fenced so it facilitates the entry of animals and people. The space matches the photos, but the beach no longer has sand, it had rocks. There is no cell phone signal 30 minutes from the house, and the instructions to get there need to be more detailed with reference points.

Everything is in very good taste, with admirable attention to detail. The rooms are spacious and very cozy. The kitchen is complete. The contact with nature is simply wonderful, right in the middle of the Atlantic forest. The atmosphere there is one of peace and contemplation. Isabel and Mariana were very attentive from the first contact. In addition, we had the sensational support of Adilson, which contributed a lot to our experience being really special. It is important to follow the directions that are given to get to the property. There were people in the family who did not follow and ended up having a hard time on an isolated path through the countryside. I would like to thank the hosts for welcoming us so warmly to their property. We highly recommend this place!

It was very nice, Leandro always communicated in a friendly and courteous manner (thank you for the note with delivery options). Very quiet and romantic surroundings. Beautiful walks and simply beautiful to sit and look out. Perfect for a couple's time out. We'd love to come back! Car would be an advantage.

We had a wonderful experience in this charming cabin! The location could not be better, at the same time reserved and private, but very close to excellent restaurants and a delicatessen that meets all our needs, including delivery. The house is extremely well cared for, offers everything you need and is perfect for resting, enjoying the fireplace and having a barbecue. The hosts are very attentive and dear; they were super affectionate and gifted us with some special treats that made our stay even more unforgettable. 10000. I highly recommend

It was such a pleasure to stay at Richard's place. It was decorated beautifully, and it had everything we needed. You can tell he puts a lot of care into hosting :) His flat is well located in Copacabana, it's a perfect location for exploring Rio! Just note that the windows are original with the building, and let in a lot of sound

Honestly completely loved Henry's place! Getting inside was a bit sketchy at first but very easy. Once inside, the place was fantastic, the views in person from the terrace was honestly amazing, the pictures on the listing don't do it justice! I'll be booking again for sure when back in Rio. The place inside was very clean. It is inside a pacified favela so seeing armed men is very common, I didn't mind at all as they mind their own business. I was walking back to the airbnb at 2-3am and never felt in danger( My girlfriend and I were dressed very nice, however, out of precaution, didn't have any jewelry displaying). I will say that if your not a fan of a little adventure, it might not be for you, in my opinion it was a great and fun experience and provided me with a completely different experience of Rio. Henry was also very accommodating and catered to our itinerary, we will absolutely be coming back! Thanks Henry and Yuri!

This apartment is a little dream, compact in the most charming way. Every detail felt so thoughtful. From the curated design objects to the vintage furniture, everything had soul. We slept wonderfully up on the mezzanine, in the rose-colored bedding, which I really loved :) Waking up to that view each morning made it all feel a little cinematic. Vítor was incredibly kind, helpful, and always just a message away. The neighborhood felt safe, and getting around was super easy. Ubers were always nearby. There’s even a small washing machine for light laundry loads. Truly, this place had everything we needed and more. Highly, highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I think it was the best airbnb I've ever stayed in. For starters, the place is easy to find, check-in was very easy to make and the concierge employees were super helpful and friendly to pass the instructions. Harmony has saved our lives by giving us the possibility to make check-in and check-out even more flexible. The apartment is simply beautiful, everything is very modern and extremely clean, so clean the pot that we do not have to wash the kitchen utensils before use. The space was very smelling, very clean bedding, impeccable bathroom, all shining. The shower is the best I've ever used in my entire life. Harmony left some little things in the fridge and coffee too, all very tasty. The apartment is very close to the beach and to various establishments such as markets, cafes and restaurants. I loved it and I should definitely come back!!

Amazing location! This is a nice area of Ipanema. Few mins walk away from the beach. Great restaurants and many stores nearby. Discovered a new favorite chocolate store Dengo and brazilian perfume store Granado few blocks away. Felt safe and secure during our whole stay. The building has a guard. Space is clean and comfortable as photos show. Jose is very helpful and easy to communicate with. Made our stay in Rio memorable. Thank you!

Amazing flat with one of the best views of Ipanema! it looks just like the pictures if not better. super close to the beach and the location in general is great with loads of botecos, stores, etc. Julie as a host was amazing, always super responsive and gave us loads of tips. Will definitely try staying here the next time I'm in Rio!

Eduardo and Camille's flat is amazing and we had a perfect stay. With a breathtaking view, the place is beautifully decorated and spotless clean. The hosts are also very kind and responsive. I felt right at home and I will for sure be going back. 10/10.

The best apartment in Alto Leblon!

Amazing stay! Close to everything; bakery, market, warehouse, subway, bus stop. Not to mention that next to the apartment there is a very famous restaurant with great prices that is open until 2 or 3 a.m. So I felt super safe arriving late. It would always return!

The apartment is exactly as described, it has all the necessary amenities for a great stay (including for long stays). Excellent location, one block from the beach and close to shops (market, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, etc.). Communication with Joaquim was very fast and clear, he was always very polite. On my next trip to RJ, I'll stay in the same apartment!

We felt completely comfortable in the apartment. It corresponds exactly to the pictures and extends over three floors, which gives it a very special spatial effect. The location on the 13th floor is a bit unusual at first - especially because of the floor-to-ceiling, fully opening windows - but you will be rewarded with a spectacular view. Both the bedroom and the living room offer impressive panoramic views that make your stay a special experience. A small downside: A busy road runs nearby, the noise of which can be heard - especially when the window is open. The area scores with an excellent infrastructure: in just about 10 minutes on foot you can reach the vibrant nightlife with a large selection of restaurants and bars. There's something for everyone here - whether it's for dinner or a relaxing drink in the evening.
