Great experience, I spent incredible days while I was there and the hosting cooperated to do so.

Location is great, it is in a very safe place and with a family atmosphere. We really like the restaurant that is in the building itself, with fair prices and excellent menu. The only thing I didn't try to know before is that the parking space would have to be paid separately, and I was not notified in advance (at least it was a fair price). The city was packed by the time I chose to travel on a holiday, but the location in a gated community with all the amenities made it worth it for the safety and tranquility, only the price was a little higher than usual. The room is not spacious but nothing that would compromise the stay. Anyway, I would come back!

The property's location allows a supermarket and the pharmacy at a very short distance. It may not be the best option for those who seek tourism, but it is easily accessible to Zona Sul and Barra because it is "in the middle" of both. It has a gracious view of the Christ. The property is good, comfortable and has met expectations. All announced amenities were listed in the apartment, as per the listing. Perhaps one of the only complaints is that there is no dumpster in the kitchen (neither recyclable nor organic waste). Thank you for hosting and hope to return soon.

Cris was a GREAT host, in every way. It exceeded ALL of my expectations. He was an INCREDIBLE human being, with a huge heart! VERY helpful! The accommodation is impeccable, excellent environment, extremely organized, safe, easy to access. The view is incredible. If you need to ask any questions or clarify something, Cris is always available to help, responding immediately and accurately. You really feel at home in the environment it provides! If you are looking for a stay in downtown Rio that is safe, with impeccable cleanliness, free TV channels, Wi-Fi internet, kitchen utensils to prepare meals, among other things, just call Cris, IMPECCABLE in ALL aspects. I'll even need to go to Rio more often this year and I'll definitely book with her. Our accommodation with Estadia Carioca was excellent! The team was always willing to respond quickly and help. We had a small problem with the cleaning of the apartment, which, being very close to the beach, had sand, but Estadia Carioca promptly made a person available to leave everything impeccable! We really like the apartment. We found it decorated with very good taste! We'll definitely be back soon! :)

Great stay at Alessandra’s place. The location is incredibly convenient, with so much within walking distance—from the bench to plenty of other spots that make the area easy to enjoy. The space itself was comfortable and well-maintained, making it a solid choice for anyone looking to stay in the area. Would definitely recommend!
