We loved the stay! Perfect TD as advertised! Very quiet and safe place. I recommend it to everyone! Márcia is very polite and proactive. We will be back soon!! We arrived late and there were cold waters waiting for us in the refrigerator!!

For those who want to enjoy Rio das Ostras as a city and not only point to Praia this apartment is the PLACE. Great location, close to a great mall, Atacadao, bakeries, shops... and not to mention the host Luiz who is a super polite and helpful man and sells his handmade coffee that is a spectacle 😀 Your apartment is complete with air, fan, smart TV and another in the bedroom ( which is super difficult to achieve nowadays), gas shower and full kitchen. family condominium with everything that is entitled. our only compliments. We love and will come back several times. Thank you ❤️

The house was very clean and very cozy, although there are no shops around, the mall is very close, as well as the lagoon, which is the most beautiful part of Macae. I would recommend it, Anita was very attentive and everything was impeccable

The apartment of Mr. Paulo is exactly as it appears in the photos, the condominium is very quiet, excellent for rest. The location is great, facing the attack and very close to the Shopping Plaza, both the wholesale and the mall can go on foot, even with a child. Every time I needed to answer questions, Mr. Paulo answered me very quickly, attentive and polite. When we arrived the apartment was very clean and smelling( smell of cleaning, I already felt at home)😊, in the apartment there are several pillows, 2 very powerful fans, the beds are good. The shower is great, a lot of water falls. In the kitchen there is a stove and a new and large refrigerator, has some kitchen utensils, sandwich maker and blender, meets the basic needs. A SUGGESTION: put a few more basic utensils such as: cutting knife, noodle drainer, sieve and large spoon. Just a suggestion! ☺It was very good and we intend to come back more often.

I really enjoyed staying at this accommodation, great locality, shopping and supermarkets at the corner, right in the center. The super compact, size ap was perfect for my family, Check in was easy and Check out too. I liked it a lot and the host responded quickly to everything I needed to ask. Negative points: the cleaning was not so good, a very dirty bathroom, even with slime. The foot of the table was broken, so you need to take some care because it is mainly glass table. Another bad point was that I did not get access to anything in the condominium, it is only allowed for local residents but in the announcement I understood that I could access the gym and the pool with attestation but unfortunately I could not, but ok without problems, warning them to know this part as well. Overall removing the cleaning was all great.

Great stay. Bruno was super helpful and provided the use of the kitchen and service area. The apartment is very clean. The bedroom and bathroom are excellent. Only the room has no lock.

The accommodation, without a doubt, was the best I've ever stayed in the area. I highlight the balcony with sea view and the possibility of running on the beach, in addition to the excellent communication with the hostess. Not to mention the practicality of the apartment that has practically everything, making the guest feel at home. The stay successfully exceeded expectations.

I went to Macaé with my fiancé to pass New Year's Eve of 2024/25. We stay for 8 days. We love everything from beginning to end. Márcia is always very polite and requests, and always responded quickly to contacts. The apartment is too beautiful, and the condominium is very safe and organized. The air conditioning works very well, especially the one in the single room, the showers are great, the kitchen is missing absolutely nothing, it is quite complete with new utensils and pans.
