Holiday rentals with a patio in Rincón

We loved the place. Full kitchen was a great thing to have. Spacious bedroom, comfortable bed, bathroom was spotless. The living room was comfortable and the view from the balcony was so cool 😎. The driveway is a little tricky for low clearance vehicles but not an issue for us since I drive a pickup truck. I would stay again for sure. Thankful for the hosts quick responses to any questions we had. Six stars if there was such a thing.

Loved it. Amazing place all around! Had lotion, soap towels, everything needed for the stay. It was almost perfect. Bar downstairs is cool but the main thing is the beach and surf spot right next door. Will def be back soon for the pick up of the surf season. Only thing for me was the bed. I felt like I was sleeping on an air mattress that wasn't fully inflated. Kinda messed my back up a lil bit so for anyone reading this just keep in mind if you're used to sleeping on a firm mattress like I am. All in all it was an amazing spot! 🤙😎

Gregory's penthouse was INCREDIBLE. It is so much nicer in person even than the photos show. Very tasteful inside with gorgeous views of the ocean and surrounding jungle. And the saltwater pool in the backyard was perfect for relaxing, complete with an optional in-pool umbrella. Gregory was helpful and communicative. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this spot to anyone.

the views were breathtaking, Aria’s place was CLEAN, bath towels were amazing! You can walk from the beach to Tamboo restaurant. The food there was fantastic! I will come back and stay here again next time! This airbnb is worth every penny. We originally booked for one night in Rincón, but after arriving we had to book an extra night. We fell in love with the location!

The place was in a great location, walking distance to two different bars and restaurants. Also walking distance to 2 local beaches. It was loud at times at night, but that’s expected when you’re on vacation and right down the street from a bar. Very easy to sleep with the noise such an amazing vacation!

We loved our time here! It is in a very quiet neighborhood. We loved seeing the ocean from the balcony. There was a private beach about a 2 minute walk. We didn't see any other person on the road or in the condo complex while we were there. The condo is very nice inside. Comfortable beds. Great shower. We loved having the washer and dryer in the unit. The condo had everything we needed. We loved the area so much we want to find our own condo to buy there! Thank you, James, for a great stay!

Great location! The beach and the restaurants were at walking distance. The house was clean and the bed was comfortable. My wife and I had a wonderful time and will definitely stay at Happy Casita again. Highly recomended!!!

Cristina has an absolutely amazing property in an incredibly beautiful location. We had everything we needed right there in the house and then some. Everyone in my group agreed it was worth every single penny to enjoy a weekend in Rincón. Cristina as a host was also exceptional. Responded quickly when I was struggling to find the lockbox, and gave us easy and clear checkout instructions when it was unfortunately time to head out. 5 stars all the way through!

The place was beautiful. Such an amazing view and an escape from the city life in puerto rico. The pool was amazing with the view of the island. Our host was very helpful as well in getting to the place. I will be booking this property again when I come back for vacation.

This is my favorite Airbnb I have ever stayed in, in the most beautiful location, with so many amenities, a reef right off the backyard to snorkel, private beach, private pool. I can’t describe how perfect it is. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Rincon… this is it. I will be coming here every year!!

This was such a beautiful house, located on the top of the mountain overlooking Rincon! You get the view of the ocean and the mountains around, it’s spectacular! It was a quick drive to beaches, and restaurants. Sometimes the road to get up to the house was a little steep and curvy, but other than that never had a problem getting there! I would recommend this house over and over again! Host was super helpful and responsive at any hour of the day! I can’t wait to be back!

As advertised or even better. This little place offers a very authentic Puerto Rico experience. If you're seeking an ice cold room with a big screen tv, look elsewhere. If you crave simplicity and proximity to the natural beauty, this is your place. The view on the patio is amazing. I could never tire of breakfast with that sunrise view. Alex, the host, is very responsive and very kind.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The quiet neighborhood and the private patio were great for relaxing. We saw quiet a bit of wildlife and got to meet the friendly neighborhood dogs. The place had everything you needed, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, a workplace and comfy living room. The place is only a 10 minutes drive to Rincon, plenty of restaurants around and close to all nearby beaches. The communication with Alex was great, she was always friendly and was able to answer all our questions.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 days last week. We had the best time ever. The area felt super safe and we felt right at home. It was peaceful and beautiful. I highly recommend this place, it’s perfect for 2 people :)

The views are amazing from the balcony, so close to the ocean ! We felt comfortable and safe. All kitchen supplies available, bed comfortable, living area has nice couches and a big table. Also washer and dryer ! They provided beach chairs, beach towels and a small cooler. Walkable to restaurants, Tamboo and Jake’s shack were our favorites.

We stayed there for 3 nights and everything was great. The location is very convenient, nice beach and the apartment had everything we could need.

This is a beautiful property that is very well organized. It’s a relatively small place, but it’s laid out well and seems bigger. There is plenty of storage for those planning to stay longer. The washer and dryer are also very convenient for anyone staying more than a week. The building and area are quiet. There is a small, clean beach a few blocks away and I walked the nearby track most mornings. Charlene was wonderfully responsive and proactive when an event beyond our control occurred. I’m grateful for her thoughtful kindness.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a great sized unit and super clean. Really appreciated that there was a washer/dryer available as well as a really nice swimming pool. Delicious bakery across the street and only minutes away from the beach and restaurants and bars.

First I would like to say it was our first time having a host greet us upon arrival and it was a wonderful experience. When we arrived Cheryl greeted us and explained that they still had no pour. (All in of PR lost power) she was able to have powered refrigerator as well as a power outlet to plug in a lamp, coffee maker, or simply charge our phones. The view was amazing, the ocean breeze was exceptional. We slept with windows open and sliding door open and we were very comfortable. The place looks exactly like the pictures, bed was comfy and , plenty of towls. That night about 2am powered restored we used the ac in our bedroom but realized my husband and preferred sleeping with open windows to feel the cool breeze and waves crashing from the ocean. Cheryl was able to recommend local restaurants which were fantastic. On our last day Cheryl offered late check out which was very nice of her she even expressed to us that if we wanted to extend our stay we could. I cant thank Cheryl enough
