Our stay at Latitud 18 was absolutely wonderful! The location is peaceful, beautiful, and just steps away from the ocean — perfect for a relaxing getaway. The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. Bill was an outstanding host from start to finish. He was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and made sure we felt right at home. Communication was clear and easy, and all his instructions were super helpful. We truly enjoyed every moment and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay in Rincón — 10/10 experience!

This place has everything you can possibly need during your stay, it is at the end of a dead end street about 5 minutes walking distance from a beautifu beach where you can bathe, 10 minutes away from anything you can think of in Rincon. A hidden gem ❤️

This home is absolutely magical. It is in a quiet neighborhood with an amazing location right on the beach. The back sun room and deck are the perfect place to spend your vacation. The home is a short drive to many great restaurants and things to do. Can’t wait to return.

This was one of my favorite stays. The house is beautiful and unique. The location is right on the beach and it was so amazing to have 24/7 access to an amazing beach. One morning we sat out front in the chairs and watched a group of manatees swimming not even 100 yards in front of us. The dinner table is outside and it was such a welcome change to sit in the beautiful weather as a family. Rincon is a great town with so many great restaurants and shops to explore. They provided a super clear and comprehensive digital welcome pack that went over everything we needed with great recommendations. We have a big family (7) and there was plenty of room for all of us. The beds were so cozy after spending a day in the sun with super cold ACs and being able to hear the ocean waves right outside the house. WE ALL LOVED OUR STAY! Highly recommend!

Casa Edala was a great place for a relaxing tropical family vacation! Our family of 5 found the space adequate for our needs and the kitchen was well stocked for us to cook a couple of meals. The recommendations for local restaurants were very helpful. The private pool was fantastic and the beach was 2 blocks away! The provided beach gear was convenient. Eileen was responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed.

My family visited and we wanted to stay local. We truly felt right at home. There was everything we could possibly need . Everything was clean and organized . The view and sounds of the ocean were something out of a movie . The host was very friendly and responsive . We were overjoyed with our stay and definitely intend to book again

I’ve been meaning to write a review for days but since our returned still feeling those vacation vibes! For the 4 of us , my wife and 2 girls had space and we used the kitchen for breakfast , the jacuzzi to relax and had movie nights. We would stay there again and probably for more time! 5 nights wasn’t enough! Thank you Freddie !

We couldn’t be more pleased with the Airbnb! It was so amazing! The location could not be better. Four minute walk to steps beach. Snorkeling, beautiful nature, adorable donkey’s. It was just amazing! The cabin and pool were great. Rachael was an amazing host. She took great care of us. We grilled out and enjoyed the amazing ocean view and sunset. Our experience at this Airbnb was just great. From the first moment, communication with the host was quick, clear and very friendly. Check-in was easy and hassle free. The place is as shown in the photos (or even better!). Very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and everything worked perfectly. I also highlight the tranquility of the neighborhood and how well located it is. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for a comfortable stay without surprises. Thank you for everything!

Our family with 2 kids really enjoyed our stay. Great having a safe swimming beach nearby along with a few restaurant choices about 2 blocks away, but all the great beaches and other great restaurants were a 5-10 minute drive away, so the location was great .Yilma was always very responsive to any questions we had.

We stayed for four nights and had an amazing stay. Julia has such a beautiful home. It was awesome to be walking distance to several beautiful beaches. Very close to city center and many other great beaches. Would definitely come back!

Exactly as described and shown in the photos. The house is well decorated, impeccably clean, very comfortable beds, air conditioning in all areas of the house, television in all rooms and in the living room, enough towels for all guests, several beach chairs and the beautiful, clean pool with a spectacular view of Puerto Rico's greenery. Although it is located in a field-like area, that makes it a quiet place and the directions to get there are exact so I did not need to communicate at all. It was a spectacular and unforgettable stay for a very special moment in my life with my family. If you choose this place, you won't regret it. Extremely grateful.

We had a wonderful stay at Leanne’s house and I would definitely return again! We had a little trouble finding it on the google maps link but she responded immediately and assisted us to locate it pretty quickly. The house was well equipped with everything we needed including beach chairs, towels, and a cooler. The bedrooms were very comfortable with AC and we slept so well. We loved the pool!

Awesome location, near everything!

Mikes place is beautiful. This was one of the most comfortable and well appointed Airbnb we had ever stayed in. This is not some corporation that manages dozens of places as this site has sadly become. This is their home that they have luckily decided to share. From the moment you step inside you can tell that the place is maintained with great pride, love and attention to detail. My wife loved the decorations and personal touches. The area has lots to do. Close to restaurants beaches and great recommendations by the host. If you are a surfer there is a ten page report on the local areas to go. Hot water is hot and the pressure was great (not common in PR). The beds was extremely comfortable. It was immaculately clean thanks to Roger who maintains the place, and had anything you could ever think of. Mike communicated clearly and always answered within minutes. A perfect stay. I would definitely stay here again . Don't hesitate book it right now.

enid is a beautiful soul. i felt so welcomed by her warmth. i traveled alone and i immediately felt as i had a friend in enid. my checkin was a bit disconnected as there were some technical difficulties with airbnb. enid was patient, flexible, and kind throughout it all. i booked last minute and she was extremely gracious about my timeline. thank you enid for making me feel like family.

This is a perfect home, furnishings, beach equipment, amazing bathrooms, kitchen, comfortable beds. lots of drawers and closets, washer dryer.all that is listed. The kitchen and bathrooms are state of the art. Great resturants down the road I recommend " shipwreck". The roster starts at 2 A.M. and continues til afternoon. Dog darks at night however you get use to it since you should be exhausted from spending your days on the precious beach ( not walking distance for young children or elders )but the beach is a few streets down from the house with great beach bar ( Harbour Bar)and coconuts ice cream shop. walk a little more and more resturants. You do need a car to get to local grocery store Econo...it's a beautiful home and a beautiful beach. I wish it wasn't on a busy noisy street...highway 413. Grateful for having the opportunity to have stayed at Homes of Dora.

Amazing location with a beach in walking distance but felt like we were right in the middle of a jungle. Feel asleep to the sound of coqui frogs every night! Host was very responsive about laundry, keys, etc.
