Cozy Studio located in the busy Downtown area. Close to shops, restaurants, bars, markets, a 24 hour gas station, pharmacies, a hospital, and beaches; all at walking distance for an enhanced experience in Town. Can get loud some nights in the seasonal time (Mondays and Thursdays specifically), not ideal for kids, online work, or early bedtimes. The studio itself is a welcoming and modern space. Perfect for relaxing in or getting ready for adventure in town. Pets must be approved by host.

Estamos a pasos de playas (Sea Beach Colony, Lalas's Beach y Balneario), supermercados, restaurantes, panaderías, bancos, food truck park, parques pasivos y casco urbano. La Casa del Surfer is in Rincón, on the popular Highway 413, "Road to Happiness." Less than 2 km to Maria's, Domes & Tres Palmas (surf breaks) and Steps Beach Marine Reserve for snorkeling. Walk to beaches, downtown plaza, restaurants & bars. Two bedrooms, one bathroom casita. One queen bedroom with A/C. The second bedroom has a twin bed and no A/C. Fully equipped kitchen, living room, front and back patio, large yard & free parking on gated property. Two persons maximum.
