Guest house holiday rentals in Rincón

We felt right at home at Max's guesthouse, and it is a great value in a lush, peaceful spot! We felt like locals. Nice balcony, comfy bed, good shower and AC- and within 10-minute drive of good restaurants, beaches and Aguadilla waterfront. Max shared a great map of recs and was responsive to all concerns. We loved Surfer's Beach and hiking to Survival Beach and trekked down to Playuela in Cabo Rojo, Joyuda and Ricon. Brunch at Mona's and smoothies at Happy Bowls nearby were nice. Dogs are so sweet, but miiiight be your morning alarm when chasing cats. :) It was worth it for the affectionate welcome each time we came home. Thank you for a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Darlyn's house! She is such a sweet and friendly host :) The space is big and beautiful and very clean. The bathroom is lovely! The space is very child friendly with a park area in the backyard. The house is nicely decorated and comfortable. Thank you Darlyn for having us :)

The host was friendly and helpful since the beginning, it was an amazing experience. The place was relatively close to the beach and different restaurants.

This little studio was an oceanfront gem….peaceful and quiet with no one but soaring pelicans sharing the early mornings with me while I had my coffee on the patio. The apartment was light, spotlessly clean and appeared to be newly renovated. The hosts left many nice touches….a container full of coffee, a roll of paper towels, a flashlight, two great beach towels, and new bottles of sunscreen. Showering products were provided and the kitchen area was well supplied for two people on holiday. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and were always responsive. All in all a lovely place!!

Great place! Easy walk to the beach and to restaurants. Quiet at night, comfy bed, super clean. It was easy to get in and out of with convenient parking! I will most likely stay again :)

My family and I had a wonderful time at Michael and Oxana's place. It is a small community space with a shared Kitchen and lots of animals, friendly cats, chickens, iguanas, dogs, and people. Michael was very helpful and attentive to our needs. During our stay the entire island of Puerto Rico lost power, but we didn't realize this because of the back-up generator. The community setting was nice, we met sweet other travelers but still had our own private space. There were fresh mangos on the giant mango tree. My two teenage daughters absolutely loved the eclectic decorations and multiple balconies and porches. We would definitely stay here again.

This place is absolutely beautiful. The views are unmatched and Jose was the most gracious host. The property is set up like a boutique hotel with separate rooms that all open up to the pool area, probably not great for family’s with small children but for older kids and adults it was perfect. Any minor issues that arose Jose was right on it. He was extremely responsive and so kind. He stocked both refrigerators with drinks and brought us a snack when we arrived. The property was very clean and the beds were really comfortable. The only thing I wish I knew ahead of time was that the owner would be staying on the property. Jose wasn’t a bother and wasn’t around the whole time but something I prefer to know in advance. Overall I would definitely recommend staying at Jose’s place and would absolutely stay here again.

I was staying for just one night to attend Rincón's Trialo. Didn't have enough time to use the common areas but the pool looked great and it is located a 2 minutes walking to Sandy Beach y Tamboo restaurant just crossing the street. everything nice and clean. Only thing I can mention my microwave wasn't working, but I didn't really need it.

Alex was a gracious host and her place is just beautiful. I was there for a short time but she made me feel welcome and gave me cool recommendations (and sent me home with delicious coconuts!). The suite was comfortable and quiet, amazing for a night of deep rest. The area is peaceful and safe. I'll be coming back again to stay for a longer time and enjoy the area. Thank you Alex!

We had a great stay at Lindsay's place! It's beautiful and well-designed. The bed is extremely comfortable. It's very peaceful with lots of privacy. Lindsay is extremely responsive and helpful. We wanted to go out a night early and she was able to accommodate our request. We will look up Lindsay's place the next time we're planning a trip to Rincon :)

I've been using AirBnB since 2017 and I can say this with the utmost confidence that this was the best BnB I've ever stayed at. Aleida was the best host I've had the pleasure of interacting with. The place was immaculate and more than accomadating. But to be clear, whoever rents this BnB needs to temper their expectations because you *are* staying in Puerto Rico, so you will have to deal with a bit of bugs and the noise of the wildlife outside of the home and not being able to flush toilet paper down the toilet. If you can't deal with that, go stay at a hotel and get the "turista" experience. But if that stuff doesn't bother you, then this is the place. Again, this BnB was incredible. Aleida exceeded all expectaions. Def worth the stay <3

The place was wonderful, on the very top of the mountain with amazing views. Pretty easy to get anywhere from since it was right off 413. Apartment was spacious and has everything you need.

We’ve stayed at Airbnbs all over the world and this is probably the best one we’ve stayed in to date. The location is excellent - about 1/2 block from a quiet beach with small waves, walkable to the grocery store and a handful of restaurants and a very short drive (or good walk) to the center of Rincon. Rincon itself is a really great town. The apartment is beautifully decorated, well equipped and the rooftop deck takes your breath away. The host was very responsive and helpful with local recommendations. Thanks for a great stay!

This is like my La Quinta or sixth time staying in an Airbnb or VRBO and Este is in El primer Lugar in my humble opinion. The peace you were looking for got it. Terrible owners wish them success.

Panoramic view on the porch, in the shade, at sunrise. Western view, during the sunset, on the porch that were amazing. Close to many beaches and market by car. Comfortable mattress, efficient air conditioning and good safe parking for vehicle. A very helpful colleague/cleaning woman who helped us with direction during a late night checkin.

Amazing stay! We love the Ramey base area. It’s so close to the beaches! This location was very quiet and quaint. House was so clean. Janet was so nice and personable, even got to meet Elizabeth, the housekeeper. She was so nice, showing us all the amenities. This is def where we will stay next time!

We had a great time at Dianna's place. I worried because it's a place that has a bunch of apartments, and as stated in the description, there is a gathering place below the top apartment where we were. Luckily, there were only a few people renting there at the time, so it was enjoyable and mostly quiet. Dianna is a great host, very responsive and helpful. There are some great restaurants in the immediate area, and then you can drive about 10 minutes to be in the city center of Rincon to find more. Great beaches with great waves - we watched the surfers all day long! And there really are 86 steps - I counted! - so make sure you are up for that - good cardio!

Pros: Very clean! Spacious enough to fit a large group of people comfortably. Some helpful tips: there are 2 boogie boards, many decks of cards/some board games, and several beach towels. Also, the beach is an easy 5-minute walk down the road and the town plaza is a 7-minute drive. The kitchen is well equipped, there are 4 showers, and the bunk beds don't squeak. Plus, Josias was super responsive! Con: The washer works fine, but the dryer wasn't working during our stay. That was the only issue we ran into.

This place was beyond perfect — truly a dream. Just like the description says, it’s where luxury meets nature. We were lucky to be the first guests and received such a warm, special welcome. The peace and quiet were exactly what we needed coming from the metro area. It felt like paradise, but also like home — in the most luxurious way ✨ The photos are beautiful, but in person it’s even more spacious and stunning. You can see all the care and effort they’ve put into this place. It’s by far our best Airbnb experience and we’re so grateful. They offer food and snacks for purchase, which meant we could fully relax and soak in everything without needing to leave. Olaf’s banana bread? Absolutely to die for! The space is private, and the hosts are lovely — attentive, quick to respond, and always respectful of our space. We reached out hoping to meet them, and we’re so glad we did. Spending time with them and hearing their story made everything even more special. We can’t wait to return ❤️
