We very much like the stay in the apartment. We stayed 30 days, and I was in post-operative. The apartment had some minor problems and Rodrigo was very attentive and agile in solving everything for us and we were very comfortable. He always on standby and quickly responding to messages. The apartment does not have air-conditioning in the double room, but the other two air-conditioning connected in the apartment are enough to make the environment fresh and very pleasant. Building in good condition and cleanliness, close to the center and the best markets in the city.

The place is very easy to find, near Criciúma. We were just overnight because we had an event in the city so I do not have many considerations about the place itself as we did not go around and the house was very little used. The house was organized and matches the photos and description, although the ad implies that it has two bathrooms, it is important to point out that one of them is on the street, and in the interior of the house there is only 1, we chose the property just because it would have two bedrooms and a couple and two bathrooms and this left to be desired because no one wants to go at dawn on the street, right? The self check-in is not so “self” because in fact you need to depend on the host to open the gate that gives the house access.

Everything was great I highly recommend it.
