The accommodation is accessible through a separate entrance with 2 parking spaces, inside you will find 2 bedrooms (1 king bed and 1 double bed), 1 living room with sofa bed, a play area for children, a teleworking area, 1 separate dining room with propane fireplace, 2 fitness devices (bike and treadmill), a kitchen and a fully equipped bathroom.

The house (plex) located on Route 132 river side, is close to Rimouski and the magnificent Bic Park. The city and the park are a ten-minute drive away. We invite you to discover the comfort of the house and its magnificent terrace perched 300 feet above the river. The sunsets are breathtaking! For the more adventurous, the land offers the possibility to go down to the beach, to enjoy the scenery and river atmosphere. Privacy guaranteed!
