Fue muy fácil de llegar y estaba cerca a todo, llegué antes de la hora y el hospedaje ya estaba listo, muy acogedor, excelente limpieza y tranquilidad. Volvería nuevamente aquí.

Paul and his brother were fantastic hosts. They had excellent communication - fast response times, occasional check ins, friendly. Newer building with safety protocols so we always felt safe. 10/10 would recommend.

El departamento es muy precioso, mis padres y yo nos sentimos muy cómodos , nos hubiera gustado disfrutar de las áreas comunes pero está sujeto a reservación con 24 horas de anticipación y preguntar si hay disponibilidad. El lugar está cercano a markets donde encuentras todo.

La estadía fue excelente, desde el check in flexible, la predisposición a explicar todo con cada detalle y sobre todo el gesto de dejar piqueos y aguas para facilitar su consumo, obviamente luego se pagó, pero para llegar e hidratarse con este calor, fue un lindo gesto y muy recomendado

Hola, realmente mi esposa y yo nos sentimos como en casa. El lugar tiene cada objeto bien pensado con las comodidades necesarias para una buena estadía. Los electrodomésticos funcionan a la perfeccion y realmente esta muy conservado. Es de los pocos apartamentos de su tipo en que nos hemos hospedado que esta bien equipado y el aseo impecable. Gracias por pensar en cada detalle.

We loved staying at this apartment with a stunning view. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe, easy to walk around. Vladimir was very responsive to every question. This was a great experience with great views and the sound of the ocean!

El departamento de Sonia era realmente hermoso: nos recibieron de manera muy amable, el lugar estaba limpio y tal como se muestra en las fotos. Sonia siempre respondió de forma rápida y cordial, y se preocupó en todo momento por saber si todo estaba bien. El distrito es seguro, hay muchos cafés y restaurantes, e incluso se puede ver el mar desde el departamento. ¡Lo recomendamos totalmente!

Lo mejor de lo Mejor, lo recomiendo ampliamente. Elba la mejor Anfitriona, siempre está al Pendiente y una Gran Persona y un gran ser Humano.. Nos asesoró Ampliamente..

This is probably one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in! I would 100% book it again. I felt safe in the neighborhood. It’s walkable to Larcomar, restaurants/cafes, and parks. The place is exactly as described but somehow even better in real life! I appreciate how responsive Megan and Alfonso as well.

We had a wonderful stay in Miraflores at Pedro Jose’s home! It was two blocks from the beautiful ocean walking path and very walkable to many restaurants and tourist attractions in the area. The apartment itself had a very comfortable bed and was very spacious for the two of us. Pedro Jose allowed us to keep our luggage in the apartment well past check-out due to our late flight, which was beyond kind and accommodating! We would highly recommend this unique apartment and would definitely stay again!

fantastic stay. only thing to note, they recommended a taxi driver but I wouldn't use them. just use Uber. way more dependable. front desk guys are 10/10. helpful and so friendly. view is extraordinary 👌

Very nice apartment in a very walkable area. Nice grocery store and coffee shop downstairs. A ten minute walk to an atm and big grocery store. Very safe area. Building has someone at the front desk 24 hours a day and the door stays locked. The bed is comfortable and has a large, easy to use smart tv - I had no problems watching Netflix. Nice bar top counter to eat at. Uber picks up almost immediately from the apartment and it is easy to travel to different parts of the city. Miraflores is about a 45 minute walk. The only caveat is that if you plan on doing a lot of very extensive cooking with complicated recipes, it may be difficult because the kitchen is only stocked for basic cooking. Otherwise I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone!

Well situated with restaurants and small supermarkets on same street. Barranco is an amazing part of Lima and Jimena’s apartment is a very comfortable base. Bed is comfortable after a long day of exploring. Easy keyless access. Definitely recommend

Ivan’s apartment was just as described. It was just right for our needs, it was walkable and everything was no more than a few blocks walk. The apartment is on the 12th floor of the building and during our stay there was a fire alarm that went on for about 15 mins causing us to exit the apartment via the stairs. The apartment had a comfortable bed and was just as described. I didn’t use the amenities. There was always a guard/attendant at the front desk.

Before booking this place I took the time to read previous reviews and be careful as I was traveling with my mother, grandma and son. The moment we arrived, it felt like home. Every detail looks like the pictures. The tall ceilings and spacious areas were great for my 2 year old. The master bedroom was located on a different floor which was beautiful and more than enough closet space. I did have an issue with the wi-fi but Bruno & Lindis were responsive and Bruno fixed it within minutes. There’s a cleaning lady available at your request. She didn’t enter the apartment until we were on the premises, she was very helpful, nice, inspired trust & comfort. The doorman was very helpful as well. Since this is a “downtown” area, there was constant police presence and people walking around. We even saw police officers standing on a red light with a sign “honking is unnecessary” caring for the traffic noise. We felt comfortable and safe that booked this place again for our next trip.

This place is beautiful with an amazing view! The host was very helpful from the time I booked all the way until my last night. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to explore Lima/Mira Flores. Especially any visitors not from Peru as the location is safe and convenient.
