Lovely house with garden in the heart of Deventer

Heart of Deventer and yet peace and space! This lovely house with garden is located in a quiet neighborhood in the city center, a 5-minute walk from Brink and IJssel and 10 minutes from the station. You park for free under the house. All the comforts you need! We normally live here with four of us and rent out during our holidays. Luxury garden room with private pool and spa

Ham Annex B&B offers you an unforgettable stay in Almelo. The garden room with its own entrance has a luxurious bathroom, cozy living room and separate bedroom. There is plenty parking space and from our driveway you are directly on the Almelo-Nordhorn Canal; a starting point for a beautiful walking or cycling tour in Twente. Directly next to the garden room is the indoor spa with TV, where you can relax after a pleasant day in Almelo. The heated swimming pool is open from May to September.

Pipowagen

Camping just a little more luxury? Come spend the night in our cozy Pipo wagon, located in our yard. Here you can enjoy nature and the sounds of the countryside. Away from the daily hustle and bustle. In the car you will find a double bed, comfortable seats, TV, a dining table and coffee and tea facilities. The sanitary facilities are a little further away on the site. Play table tennis or have a shuffleboard competition, or play various games in our garden room. Our yard is child friendly.

The Pool House - Gorssel

Waan je in een oase van rust in dit huisje gelegen aan de rand van Gorssel in een ommuurde groene tuin vol bamboe en rododendron, omgeven door prachtige hoge bomen en een landgoed, aan een rustig weggetje. Binnen is de cabin een loft met een hoger gelegen zithoek met een hangende houtkachel, een keuken met bar en een 2-persoons slaapkamer met badkamer en boven in de nok/vide zijn er nog 3 slaapplaatsen. Parallel aan het huis ligt een onverwarmd natuurzwembad met een zwembaan van 13 meter.

Hideaway

Laat de drukte achter je en kom volledig tot rust in deze knusse houten cabin, een heerlijke ‘hideaway’ midden in het groen. Binnen is het sfeervol en comfortabel, buiten een royale veranda en relaxte tuin. De locatie? In de bossen bij Gorssel, tussen de hanzesteden Deventer en Zutphen. Slechts 7 minuten vanaf de A1, aan een zandpad waar wandelroutes en mountainbikepaden direct beginnen. Het huisje staat op een kleinschalig en rustig park, met volop privacy én een uitstekend restaurant.

The small cottage

In the village of the five hills, enjoy the rolling landscape, tranquility and space and the Twente sobriety. This unique accommodation is in the middle of the Borkeld nature reserve, where you can follow beautiful hiking and biking routes. Several MTB mountain bike routes are close by. In this guest house, you have your own cooking facilities, spacious sanitary facilities and a lovely double bed. Optional: on request, there is the possibility for breakfast.

Outdoor quiet forest house with fireplace

Romantic forest house in a private 1600m2 yard! The house is situated at a quiet private lane at a walking distance of Gorsselse heide, restaurant and play garden de Zessprong (800). The town of Gorssel with the supermarket, outside pool and museum for modern realism you find at 4KM, the city of Zutphen at 7KM and Deventer at 11KM. The wooden house was build in 1950, and is therefore basic. Here we live with nature and hear the birds while in bed.

Steward's house

This unique place has a historical style all its own. The vacation home is located in the former stewardship . The spacious living room has a comfortable seating area near a large fireplace with a wood-fired soapstone stove. From the living room you have a beautiful view of the private garden that you share with the holiday home De Orangerie. You have access to an excellent Wi-Fi signal everywhere. This home is NOT suitable for children under 15.

New studio right in the center of Gorssel!

Beautiful, brand new studio right in the center of Gorssel. Located next to a park, and yet very quiet. Fully furnished, including a kitchenette, bathroom, a king-size bed and a sitting area. The studio has its own covered terrace overlooking the park. Only a few minutes walk/bike from the floodplains, the heath, the forest, the shops, Museum More and restaurants. Possibly 2 Johnny Loco bikes available. €7.50 per bike per day.

A great starting point for beautiful bike rides, mountain bike trails, motorcycle routes, hiking trails, sailing routes and for fishing.
