Welcome to our home! We're delighted to invite you into our cozy home. Our centrally located apartment offers unique charm, as we have personally redesigned it with great care. Please note that it is situated on the 5th floor without elevator. However, once you ascend, you'll be rewarded with breathtaking panoramic view and stunning sunsets. This Studio apartment (18 m2) is perfect for students, interns & young professionals. It has modern furniture, private bathroom and a kitchenette with a fridge, a sink and a microwave, but WITHOUT A STOVE. For cooking, it’s possible to use a COMMON KITCHEN which is located on the same floor. Apartment is located in a newly renovated building. There is NO ELEVATOR in the building, you must climb stairs (3rd, 4th or 5th floor).

The apartment has two bright, spacious bedrooms, a large living room with a sofa and TV, a kitchen, and bathroom. It’s peaceful and quiet, a rare find in the city center. Fully equipped with all necessary appliances. Though the building lacks an elevator, the bright staircase is spacious. Separate room-studio (11 m2). Separate entrance. Clean and recently renovated. Quiet. Speed WI-FI. Non-smoking. 20 min by walk or 7 min by transport to Old Riga. Mini kitchen with fridge, stove, kettle, washing machine. WC is shared. There is no shower for the Guest in this room. Guest can use a shower in nearest Gym Hall. A lot of bars and stores are located very close. Special deals for students and interns.

The location is just perfect, you literally live next door to the House of the Blackheads (one of Riga's main architectural attractions) and the Riga City Hall. The flat is quite comfortable, everything you need is in there: fully functional kitchen, bathroom, sleeping room with a working table etc. Linda is very nice and always responds to questions on the Airbnb chat (although i did not ask much since everything was pretty clear from the start).

This spot is super quiet and spotlessly clean, about 15-minute walk from the historic center and a quick 5-minute from the local mini-market. Mira is awesome - she's friendly, proactive, and hooked me up with all the insider tips. Definitely a thumbs-up from me! Looking forward to go back :)
