The house by the lake, my personal lifelong dream. But too big to use it alone. Away from mass tourism, in the middle of the mountains, right by the lake, surrounded by forests. Everything in and around the house is very spacious for people and animals. Very important to us personally. In addition to barbecue/fire pits, a sauna, a private jetty, beanbags and garden swings, a rowboat, a SUP board and the garden shed ("Villa Seen-Sucht"), our guests can use everything... that way it's more fun for all of us. A special place!

The accommodation is located at about 1,200 m above sea level and is characterized by the cozy atmosphere and the quiet location at the end of the access road. The lift station for skiing or the mountain bike trail (summer) is only about 5 minutes away by car. The valley and the nearest supermarket are about 12 minutes away, and there is a bakery near the lifts. This modern apartment lays on the magical altitude of 1111m and can accomodate 3 adults. It has a wonderful mountain view you can enjoy while relaxing on a roof covered terrace. The house is situated in a sunny location, with views of the wonderful nature. It is located just 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in beautiful Western Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. Currently there are great tobogganing opportunities! Shopping is available in the village of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the village of Hirschegg.
