My husband and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the amazing home of Peter and Jess! It is so welcoming, beautifully laid out and has every amenity a guest could need, plus extra thoughtful touches. Check-in was a breeze, the home was immaculate and our bedroom seriously had the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! Having the rarity of a backyard to enjoy - especially in Brooklyn - was such an added bonus, and they went out of their way to welcome our dogs! The location was perfect - everything you could ever need, including restaurants and shops, is in walking distance. We were able to find nearby parking throughout our visit. The privilege of being guests in their beautiful home for the weekend of our son's wedding added so much enjoyment and comfort to such a celebratory event!

This was a true gem and we hope to come back! Had a great stay with our toddler. Excellent communication and accurate description.

A very cute home! It’s just like home and so cozy. Extremely clean. And OMG we love the shower lol. It’s not too far from the city. We went to the Governs Ball which we definitely recommend!! Really close to the subways and other transportation. Hosts were very friendly and responsive!

Exactly as described, and more. A really great place to stay, located within a beautiful and quiet neighborhood with tons of good restaurants nearby (order in or drive to). There are several delis within walking distances that are open 24 hrs and Roxanne’s recommendations were just perfect (Lincoln Market and the coffee shop). The neighborhood stays lively and safe pretty late into the night, which was an added plus. The G train is just around the block, but we had our own car - so never used the subway. Finding parking is a hit or miss, I found street side parking on half of the days, other days I parked in a nearby structure (around 5 mins walk). Loads of board and console games. Fully appointed kitchen. Would be my first choice to stay next time I am visiting the city.

Beautiful home, definitely very deep in the bottom of Brooklyn, but a quick 15 minute walk to the L train will take you to every destination you need. Spacious , clean , stylish , and relaxing.

So there are apparently not enough characters allowed in the review to fully express our pleasure staying at this wonderful place. We have stayed in multiple Airbnbs with our business the past five years and this particular one is in the top three. Upon approach, take in the charming brownstones and tree lined streets. Once you open the door, you are greeted with natural light filled space with a chefs kitchen. The decor is modern, yet not stark. The added elements, such as the exposed brick and wood, emanate a warmth and coziness. The outdoor back space is just right, but sitting on the front steps is the best because you meet all kinds of charming characters around the neighborhood. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with dream bathrooms, right down to the showerheads. beds were SO comfortable and perfect for melting into a deep sleep after a day in Manhattan. Favs:bathrooms, kitchen island, neighborhood shops and cafes, argh there’s not enough room left just book it already!!

Short walk to the subway. Found a parking spot right in front of home. Left vehicle there during entire visit and used local transportation system. Home was very peaceful and relaxing. Found everything we needed. Would recommend to others.

The place is in a nice neighborhood. LIRR station of about a 10 minute walk (15 with a 6 year old). The house was exactly as described. There was an issue with the dryer while I was there but the host went lot of his way to get our laundry done for the week we were there. 10/10 will definitely check if Gregory’s place is available next time in in NYC.

Felt like a real home! Was very pleased upon immediate entry as they included items to accommodate my family specially (baby-proofed doors and stairs, high chair, etc.). Host was always very responsive and friendly. Everything in home was nice and in great condition. We hope to rent this home again in the future!

This Airbnb was an absolute hit! What a great place – fully equipped and super comfortable, with the washer/dryer as the unexpected hero of the stay. As Europeans, we were genuinely excited to have such a (big) luxury at hand! The neighborhood is just fine – there’s a deli around the corner (nice guys!) and a huge supermarket within walking distance. There’s even a running track in a nearby park. It’s a residential area, so don’t expect hip, gentrified Brooklyn vibes, but don’t let that mislead you either – it’s a solid, local neighborhood. At night we did took an Uber back though instead of the metro, but to be fair, we’d do that in any big city we’re unfamiliar with. The metro is very close by – yes, you can hear it at night, but with earplugs, it’s absolutely manageable. Given the excellent value for money and the overall quality of the Airbnb, we wouldn’t even count it as a real downside. And Jaleel is a truly fantastic host – if only they were all like him! thank you!

The Airbnb was very clean and spacious for six of us. Very comfortable area. Subway station was about an 18 minute walk and that worked well for us. They responded to our text very quickly. They let us know on a daily basis if we needed anything to reach out to them. The only drawback for us was there was no coffee maker or Keurig. Unfortunately, instant coffee doesn’t cut it for us. But overall, the place was very beautiful and as I said earlier clean and comfortable

Excellent place to relax away from the hustle of the city. Very clean and well maintained, with all basic amenities. A supermarket store is nearby. Easily get to the Exchange Place station by Uber.

Benjamin was a great host and very responsive. We have 3 dogs that travel with us and sometimes finding an Airbnb can be difficult. With a dedicated parking spot and grassy fenced in back yard this Airbnb was perfect for us. The space looked just like the photos, clean and everything we needed. The location was great, a quick walk to the light rail and we were able to get over to the city quickly. Will definitely be looking to book here again when we travel this way in the future.

Our family of 4 stayed 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the path in 5 min to connect to the NYC subways. On the walk, you pass multiple cafes and coffee shops. Great craft beer and wine shop on the corner. Pizza shop, Basile’s, right next to the PATH is perfect for a late night snack. The beds were comfortable, and even though there was some street noise heard at night, a sound machine was provided to help lull you to sleep. The only thing you have to be aware of is the unit is located on the 2nd floor, and you have to go up a narrow set of stairs which can be hard with multiple suitcases. Other than that, a comfortable and convenient place to stay with everything within walking distance!

Great apartment in a nice area of Hoboken. We used this as a base for our trip to New York so did not spend much time at the place but the location is great, you are close to the station (10-15 minute walk) which takes you to Manhattan Midtown or the Financial District at World Trade Centre. The area in Hoboken is also very nice, you are nearby the Hoboken waterfront which offers great views of Manhattan and an opportunity to slow down from fast pace of Manhattan. Further you are next to Washington Street, which has lots of restaurants and bars, we particularly enjoyed starting the day with Bagels on the Hudson. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and had everything we needed. AJ was always quick to respond for any questions we had. Overall, would recommend.

Being welcomed by the entire family to getting end to end support during the stay, it was a great experience staying at this bnb .. amazing view , kitchen fully stacked , very prompt response , extremely helpful attitude… would recommend stay here if you want to be just around NYC but don’t want the hustle bustle of the city

Great host, amazing location, and quite cute neighborhood incredibly close to the PATH! Hoboken was great and getting into Manhattan was incredibly convenient. The Airbnb was spotless and the couch was already made for my dad. Roomy, homey, and a great stay. Loved this place!! If I ever need an Airbnb in Hoboken I will look to rebook this place
