Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Riddes

We stayed in a spacious accommodation spread across four floors, featuring one bedroom on the ground floor and another on the second floor. The property is conveniently located just a 1-minute walk from a small train station, making it relatively easy to reach—especially if you're arriving via a larger hub like Montreux. However, it's important to note that while the location is scenic and peaceful, the nearby train station is very small and there are no shops in the immediate vicinity. We arrived late and hadn't realized that basic shopping (e.g., milk, butter, kitchen roll, hand towels for the kitchen) needed to be done in advance or in a larger town. Future guests may want to plan ahead and stock up on essentials before arriving. That said, the mountain views and tranquil setting

Claudia’s home is one of the nicest homes I’ve stayed at. New, clean, huge, and that view!!!! We never wanted to leave and opted for rooftop dinners almost every evening. Truly a beautiful home that our whole extended family could be comfortable in thanks to the separate floors. Claudia was so helpful in explaining how the train works and we loved stepping out the front door to ride into town each day, but escaping to quiet in the evenings. Thank you and we hope to return!

Sensational location, we couldn’t have hoped for more beautiful spot! Very peaceful and hardly anyone around, birds and the river is all you can hear. The house is truly charming, cosy Italian mountain house with everything you need, we even had campfires outside most evenings. Fantastic spot for daily hikes being directly on the Tour du Mt Blanc. There is a bus stop directly in front of the house but buses run there only in the summer season, at the end of May the last stop was Planpincieux but it is a lovely 25min walk. Tina was just lovely and very helpful, she was waiting for us on our arrival and explained everything and even got us some truly delicious cakes! splendid chalet, exactly as described. thoughtfully furnished, everything you need is there and in the right place (charging cable, adapter, gratin plate for the oven, lemon squeezer,...)!

Our family called this the adventure house. The hike down and up is steep but doable. Best if you have backpacks. Marco was super responsive. View was spectacular. A stay to remember for sure!

We had a great weekend, the apartment was ideally located near the ski slopes, we immediately felt very good. The view, thanks to the windows, was very nice and pleasant, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful environment. And finally Benoit is very responsive and responded very kindly to all my questions, we are delighted!

We felt very comfortable. Great location, the shuttle to Zermatt runs regularly and you can leave the car in the parking garage. Susanne was very helpful and always responded quickly. It is important that you read Susanne's documentation well in advance, otherwise it will be difficult to find the apartment. But Susanne has created a super detailed description, so it's easy. We'd love to visit again.

Was amazing staying at this place. Had everything we hoped for and more. Highly recommended if you are looking for a place for a bigger group that also offers individual privacy. Great for families with kids too!

The house is much better than on the site. It has stunning views of the valley which is beautiful, the mountains which had snowed white tops when we were there (end of May), the garden was covered with flowers as well as the fields surrounding the house. Small streams all around, and that Is almost the only thing you hear except for the birds. The house is well equipped including the kitchen we used a lot. About 10 minute drive the is the small village of vallpeline there is a small elementary shop, a pharmacy and a place to drink. Alberto was very helpful and always answered quickly. W will for sure come again !!!

We had a wonderful time in your home. First and foremost the house itself: so beautiful, soothing, tastefully furnished and very cozy. We felt right at home there and also our children played there for hours. And then that view, I can't imagine this ever getting used to. In addition, it is also a super nice region, every trip we were amazed by the beauty of the region. It was a really successful vacation! We would love to come back here again.
