Great stay. Brought the family there for a weekend of pool fun. My kids are 3 and 16 months. Minoo is a great host and very responsive. The home is meticulous but not particularly kid friendly - she was upfront and described this to me in advance. If you have a little one that likes to explore on their own - you need to keep an eye on them, lots of little decorations at arms reach for the kids. Spiral staircase can be difficult to use with kids in your arms as well. Pool was beautiful and warm however is not a walk in and the shallow end is a third of the pool. We spent most of our time in the private backyard or out for walks. Local parks and amenities close by. We had a great time and would absolutely stay at Minoos place again when visiting Newmarket. Meysam’s place was a great fit for our large group. The location was convenient for getting around, and the house offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There was plenty of space to cook and hang out together, and the hot tub was a nice feature. Overall, a solid spot for a group getaway.

This was my second time staying over at Lucy's place while working at MRHH hospital. Just like my last stay a year ago, Lucy was a great host and everything was as described. She has also upgraded her couches from the last time I was there a year ago. Will definitely be coming back!

This place was clean easy to access and very clean, the beds were comfortable and we appreciated the concise and clear directions for check in/out.

Ana is a great host and was caring and responsive. I stayed there a couple of months and felt at home. It was really great to have a private unit all to myself and for relatively reasonable price. The location is very convenient, with public transit, grocery stores, libraries, and lots of other stores very close by. The unit is quite spacious. The kitchen is probably more suitable for light cooking or heating of food, and there’s not a ton of refrigerator space. My only discomfort during my stay was that when the weather was very cold, the heat in the room was very warm, especially at night. But it made the laundry dry quickly, which was good. All in all, I’m glad I found this place and I really enjoyed my stay.

Great stay. Was helpful and was quick to fulfill our request. I do reccomend that you have a vehicle whether personal or rental as this area is still developing and there's not much to do within walking distance.

Was coming from the US and had to book at the last minutes due to my other AirBnB canceling last minute. The neighborhood was quiet, clean and there was a variety of places to eat. Owner was very responsive. The apartment was spotless. Would definitely come again!
