lovely spot for some quiet outside time. backyard is spacious and welcoming. plenty of options for seating to enjoy sun or shade. kitchen was absolutely amazing to prepare food in, well organized and nicely laid out. rooms were tidy and clean, plenty of space to sleep 6 comfortably. would highly recommend this spot

We had a great stay! The house was spotless and very well maintained. Having three full bathrooms was incredibly convenient for our group, and the hot tub was a perfect. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Jay was so responsive to us and all of our needs. His uniquely designed home was a perfect back drop for celebrating my weekend get an away! The beautiful outdoor space, the sprawling interior, and the extremely well stocked kitchen are all the things that made the trip extra special and easy. Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed at Erica’s place for my friend’s bachelorette and it exceeded all expectations. The outdoor space is what truly makes this accommodation worth while - with a heated pool, hot tub, fire pit and a spectacular view to top it all off. We were lucky to have a beautiful weekend of weather and got to make the most of it. Inside the kitchen had everything appliance you could need to whip up a great meal overall and the space more than met our needs as a group of 7. Erica’s communication was top notch and she even approved a last minute early check-in request for our group. :) 10/10 would recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at Amanda’s place! She was quick and easy to communicate with, making the whole experience smooth from start to finish. The home itself was super convenient and had all the amenities our family could have ever asked for - comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. While in town, we especially loved visiting the Toe Beans cat café, and checking out the IT walking tour of where the movies where filmed. Thanks again, Amanda, for a wonderful stay.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Doug’s s place! The home was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and very well maintained. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making it easy and comfortable for us to settle in. The location was great, and communication with kiki was seamless throughout our stay. Francis's 3 bedroom cottage on the lake/river is an excellent location to decompress, fish, canoe, kayak, mountain bike or walk the woods to see Ontario's wildlflowers. The cottage is tidy and it has everything one may need when cottaging. The cottage is a very short drive to the beautiful quaint Town of Hastings. We were able to stream the hockey game (Oilers vs Panthers) and we watch Netflix in the evening after cooking a late dinner on the campfire. There is a propane BBQ but we prefer to cook over a fire. Neighbours are quiet and friendly. If you are looking for a family vacation or an adult weekend getaway, I strongly recommend Francis's cottage- you will not be disappointed.

The house is really beautiful. You wake up every morning in the middle of pure nature. It’s a unique place. Lots of fun things included in the house. We had everything we needed and more. Would definitely recommend if you wanna spend a family vacation. It’s the perfect place to spend a lot of time in.

The place was nice and the host was very friendly and responsive. The only slight downside would be a lack of kitchen towel and garbage bags: for a group of 6 with 4 nights stay, a total of 8 garbage bags(1 in each washroom, 1 in garbage can, +5 spares) and half a roll of kitchen towel were provided. Those would not be enough if you plan to cook a meal everyday. But the host addresses all our inquiries within the hour and that was nice.

We stayed here for one night and had a wonderful experience. The space was incredibly quiet and peaceful, making it easy to relax after a long day. The host was friendly, welcoming, and quick to respond. Though our stay was short, everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay at Farah's cottage. The place was exactly as described and had some decorative touches which made the cottage even nicer. The river is fun to paddle on and neighbours were friendly. Everyone keeps at reduced boat speed so swimming was safe as long as you have a bouy with you. We enjoyed the paddle boards, bonfire outside and hot showers at the end of the day. Farah was lovely to communicate with & reliable.

I had the pleasure of spending a wonderful week at the cottage with my 2 boys. The cottage had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The outdoor spaces were beautuful and the kids and I spent a lot of time on the swings and in the hammock. The lake was perfect for swimming (the kids especially loved the big floating mat) and we enjoyed exploring the lake in the canoe as well! The kids have been asking to go back ever since!

We have an amazing stay at the Coach House which is furnished to a high comfortable standard. The balcony, garden and trampoline were great outdoor areas to enjoy. Location is central in Port Hope within walking distance of all facilities and short drive near Cobury, Belleville and Peterborough.

Such a perfect last-minute getaway! The hosts were incredibly accommodating, and the place felt like our own private resort. Cozy vibes, beautiful views, and we loved the fireplace which we could adjust right on the wall. The shower was amazing (especially for such a remote spot), and the kitchen had everything we needed for an amazing romantic dinner. We were mindful of the hot water since it's a small cabin and reading other reviews, but it was no issue at all. The hot tub overlooking the water was the cherry on top — totally worth the trip to Prince Edward County!

We had the most amazing stay! Everything was as described in the listing. Our favorite parts were the beautiful stream, cozy fire pit, and game room in the basement. It was the perfect place to unwind and unplug.
