Perfect Central Spot – Quiet, Clean, and Comfortable. This place was a gem! Right in the heart of Christchurch but surprisingly quiet – the quietest of the four central city Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. Super clean, warm, and had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen that made cooking easy as. Georgina’s communication was spot on – helpful, responsive, and friendly. Loved the little touch of chocolate on arrival too! Would absolutely book again.

Jason's property is very clean, cosy and comfortable. The heater in the passage warms up both bedroom very well, especially when travelling with parents, so no complaints about heating facility. For one night stay its perfect. Jason was very prompt is replying, so kudos to him.

We had a lovely time at Lynette & Ken’s house. We had all the privacy one could want and Lynette & Ken were quick with their communications and really helpful. They are lovely helpful people who made a real effort to connect if we reached out. The bed was SO comfortable, with nice sheets and good pillows. The bathroom is top spec, better than 5 star motels in the quality of materials. The kitchen had everything we needed. The TV was easy to use. We appreciated all the local area recommendations. Fantastic generous hosts, we’d stay here again without hesitation. Thanks Lynette and Ken!

Centrally located, unbelievably quiet for the location, clean, comfortable beds, easy to keep warm, great kitchen facilities and even a heated toilet seat….all of this for a very fair price plus a washer/dryer and two bikes to use There was literally nothing not to like.Communication was perfect start to finish…as small business owners ourselves we value crisp communication and professionalism…. Carebnb gets 5 stars all around!

Fantastic place - clean, modern, and spacious. Located within minutes (walking) to many stores and restaurants, including the Riverside Market. Good security with a dedicated parking spot. Plenty of amenities, very comfortable. Our family loved it and would definitely stay here again! =)

Logan’s place is a quiet gem in the city. Extra small touches such as coffee vouchers for the close by Monks cafe add value to a great stay. This the second time we have stayed here and will certainly return again. The black out blinds in the bedroom ensured a dark room and restful sleep in the comfortable bed. Layout is great and the place always clean and tidy. Street parking can be a challenge but we always find a park in the end that’s not too far away.

Fiona could not have been more helpful. I had a little incident and she was quick and responsive and went out of her way to help. Her apartment is perfect, clean, well appointed and very well situated just a short walk to the city centre. Highly recommend Fiona’s place.

Kendra’s place was perfect! Super warm and cozy walking distance to the center, but very quiet. The beds are very comfortable, and the shower is probably the best I’ve ever seen in an AirBnB. The place also has absolutely everything you need (even both ground and instant coffee), and it feels cozy like a home. Above all, Kendra was super friendly, helpful and patient. We had an emergency change of plans, and she was very accommodating. We really appreciated her amazing communication and hospitality! Thank you!😊🙏

This apartment was in a terrific location for exploring Christchurch. It was easy walking distance to all of the downtown area. I liked that it was right next to the river so I could walk along it on the first part of my journey to most of the places I wanted to go. The botanical gardens are quite nearby and are a very relaxing place for a stroll in the afternoon. The apartment was nicely decorated and neat, with everything I needed for a 10-day stay. It was great to have a parking space downstairs. This spot is highly recommended and I hope to stay here again when I come back to Christchurch for work trips.

I had a wonderful stay at Olive’s place! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Olive was a thoughtful and responsive host, making the check-in process smooth and easy. The location was great — close to everything I needed but still peaceful and quiet. I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back in the future!

Very modern, clean tidy central city apartment. Bed especially comfortable, nice yard and deck, private off street parking.

It's a wonderful place with brand new Sauna. My son enjoyed Jaccuzi in here too

Perfect location if you want to walk to stores or restaurant instead of driving. House was better than expected in terms of design and vintage look. Checking in is hard initially but I would ask for instructions beforehand and then park at the front of the Heritage if you’re coming by car, then drop the bags and park the car. Parking is very tightly spaced so be aware if you’re coming with a van. On the left side of the main entrance, there is street parking and a parking garage that you can pay for.

Absolutely beautiful place with the most spectacular views. We really enjoyed being able to relax in the nice warm spa overlooking the scenery with a glass of shampaz.

This was a beautiful place to stay with everything we needed. The drinks and breakfast food provided was super delicious. Incredible view over the beach. The spa was fantastic and private. Bed was comfy. Host is very friendly and we loved that we could bring our pooch with us too. Thanks so much for a wonderful experience.

Michael's property matched all descriptions perfectly. Communication had been great through check in all the way to check out. The property is located high up on Cashmere hills which unfortunately was out of scooter operating zone. You'll definitely need a car or Uber to get to the house. Overall, the property met our expectations and we had a comfortable stay.

Emma is a great host and the house is warm and welcoming. We had a fantastic stay. Highly recommend.
