I only have compliments. The apartment is great and the host is a 10, super attentive, responds quickly, super polite and available.

The apartment is well located, close to restaurant, pharmacy, bakery, subway. The apartment was clean, bed and bath linens smelling and clean. Kitchen utensils as described. Our stay was wonderful!!

My stay was, without exaggeration, simply memorable. From the first moment, I was welcomed by an atmosphere of enchantment, framed by the faultless attention of Marcelo, whose cordiality and promptness transcend any expectation. The suite, named “Floresta”, could not bear more appropriate title. When entering the space, I understood the reason: the conceived setting combines natural elements with an aesthetic refinement that surprises. It is an invitation to rest. This is one of those happy cases in which reality does not just correspond to the announcement – it transcends it with elegance. I recommend it to all Airbnb users who appreciate being positively surprised, who value discreet refinement and who understand that hospitality is, above all, a form of care.

An amazing stay. The apartment was very organized, with apparently new furniture, at an affordable price. Much better than I imagined and I hope to return more often.

The apartment was exactly as described. The block has several excellent restaurants and bars, which makes the apartment a great place for those who have some leisure time left. The park is great for a morning walk. Finally, José was helpful and clear in his communication. I recommend the stay.

Apartment with large living room and two spacious rooms, all functional. obs. does not get much wind, an advantage for those who do not want to catch cold in the winter, but it can be a problem in the summer of Brasilia that is muffled. in each bedroom there is a fan.

I had an amazing experience at this home ! The space was pristently clean, very well organized and exactly as described in the listing. The location is great, with easy access to everything I needed. Fantastic and pristine place in ASA Sud, really liked the place a lot with a lot of comfortable amenities. It’s very convenient if one chooses to stay in ASA Sud with all its fantastic restaurants, coffee places and grocery stores. I would very happily book this place again…

Property better than the photos and with a structure that you can spend the day without having to leave, both for adults and children. As the place is a little far from the city center, there is a very good silence!!! Augusto (host) there is nothing to say, attentive, available and always present to solve any problem.

An oasis of nature in the only place in Brasilia that still seems to have the charm of a small town.

We spent the Easter holiday and the house is simply an excellent place to enjoy with the family. Air-conditioned rooms, all with a suite, large kitchen and with all accessories and utensils that can be imagined and integrated with the dining and living room. The barbecue separate from the house and next to the pool is also fantastic and complete! Equipped with fridge, electric oven, Cooktop stove and various utensils. We don't miss anything. At the back of the house there is an orchard with various types of fruit and a very green grassy area! The children had a lot of fun and spent almost all the time in the position. We are very grateful for the welcome we had by our host Sergio. It was a spectacular family holiday!

We felt at home! Very clean house, we inaugurated the brand new mattress, there was everything we would need to use inside the apartment. Sheila was always helpful in recommending places nearby for us to eat. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to enjoy the condominium's pool, but it's beautiful and you need to register with the admin to use it. For the laundry sheets, you need to get them from the administration as well. I am sure that when we return to Brasilia, we will stay in this property again. Great stay, the place is close to hospitals and clinics.

I really liked the location, lots of shops. I didn't like that the pools were freezing, you couldn't swim and the TV system was very confusing, it doesn't get the channels very well and there aren't many channel options, it's a little confusing to get in on the day you arrive and do the check-in. The Ofurô is paid but it is very hot and you can share an hour for more people 30 minutes for each, because you can not stay an hour. The sauna is also nice. The apartment is small and simple but well arranged. Rodrigo was very attentive, but it was worth it.

We stayed 40 days in Marlon's apartment and felt at home during the period. The site is very functional and close to various facilities such as bakeries, markets, gyms, restaurants and subway station. I highly recommend this place.

Great location and easy to access. The condominium has a very good structure, including leisure and other services such as cafeteria, pizzeria, convenience store, etc. The condominium has a beautiful view of the lake, which makes the stay even more pleasant. The host is very attentive and provided all the necessary information, I recommend it to everyone for sure!!!!

cozy place, with all kinds of equipment to ensure comfort. I loved it. If I have an observation, it is that the building is right next to the Águas Claras station. It's good, because it makes it easier for those who want to take the subway. But the subway starts operating at 5 am and ends at 11 pm. For those who can't sleep with noise, it's bad. But I always carry earplugs. So, I had great nights of sleep. I thank you very much for the hospitality. Safe, clean, beautiful and well located. There's just this issue of the subway noise.
