Love this place… I’ve booked a few times now and it’s my go to space when I need a little get-away close to the beach. I’d book every month if I could - it’s popular!

We absolutely loved staying at Jess place. It was perfect for us as two couples and two babies. The location is great, so lovely being able to walk to the beach in 5 minutes and also being very close to the town. We had a great weekend, thank you!

Everything was excellent, clean, tidy and well maintained. Very good location, quiet and close to the lovely coves and beautiful beach.

Lovely stay at this apartment. Just as described with great communal spaces for eating and hanging out. Very much enjoyed being within walking distance of the shops and cafes and beach. Would visit again!

Great base for exploring Caernarfon and the wider area, very close to Snowdonia National Park. Clean, comfy and exactly as advertised, I would definitely stay here again. Very responsive and attentive hosts, a pleasure to deal with.

We loved our stay here, it’s a gorgeous studio. Loads of useful things provided in the studio and a lovely welcome pack with cake, snacks and breakfast items. Jane was amazing, so lovely and gave loads of local recommendations. Would definitely stay again!!

Jonathan and Gwen were wonderful hosts, always quick to respond to any enquiries. We were warmly welcomed with a bottle of Prosecco and some chocolate, which was such a thoughtful touch. The instructions to find and access the property were very clear and straightforward. The location was ideal for a couple of days’ hiking, situated right opposite a beautiful river with lovely walks nearby. The property itself was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The cinema room was an absolute the perfect touch, and we made great use of it. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to return in the future.

One of the best and nicest Airbnb’s I ever visited. The house is large and nicely decorated. Walking distance to the center of the town is doable. Friendly owner that reacted quickly. I would recommend this Airbnb for sure!

Fantastic apartment in a great location close to the town centre. Accommodation is roomy with a very comfy bed, perfect for a weekend or holiday in Llandudno. Zoe was really helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay here again.

The apartment is highly recommended. It was spotlessly clean and tidy. You could smell how clean it was as soon as you entered . The view of the sea was amazing ! We also enjoyed a drink on the balcony as we watched the world go by! The location is a great for exploring the local area . Parking on site was an added bonus . Nice flat, well presented and clean. The bathroom is a bit small but workable. The location is ideal to enjoy what Caernarfon has to offer, but be aware that seagulls can be a bit noisy in that season ...

Great location, beautiful surroundings. The hot tub was a wonderful addition after hiking snowdon in the rain! The place is great for a few days escape. Would highly recommend.

It was probably the best place where we stayed with family in the last 10 years. Host was very friendly and helpful, we had problems with our car, so they helped us much us they could. The place was so nice, welcoming pack was presented it was unbelievable. Spotless everything 👌. Hottub 💦 outside was amazing relaxing time. 100% will be coming back. Highest recommendation 👌👍. This gorgeous property is perfectly positioned for the coast, only a short stroll and you're there, with many local Eateries available too. Also, within easy driving distance of Snowdon, perfect for our sunrise walk. The whole property was stunning and perfectly sized for the four of us. The hottub was amazing and the private garden a real suntrap. We would most definitely return, either together (a friendship group), or with our respective families. Highly recommended.

Beautiful, comfortable, high spec apartment, everything you could need is provided. Excellent communication with Cathy. We love Llandudno and this was the perfect location to access all it has to offer. Would definitely recommend number 22 and we will be coming back.

Really enjoyed our stay at The Upper House Wylfa. It was the perfect place for our golf weekend with the house providing the best entertainment all weekend. Really clean and the outdoor space was brilliant for entertaining. Thanks to birch stays for a memorable weekend.
