We booked the villa for our annual family reunion with 11 adults this time and we liked it very much and we were fully satisfied. The house is very original, well equipped and we were able to distribute the total of 4 bathrooms well. The pool table was used a lot and we also enjoyed the terrace with the grills for several meals. I can highly recommend the house for larger groups!

We enjoyed in Evelyne's house. Great house in a beautiful setting with a very nice garden with a view. Definitely to come back to.

The house is located on top of a beautiful mountain next to a quiet hamlet. The pool was a sanctuary and the beds were very comfortable, the whole place served us very well.

Wow, we booked this Airbnb quite spontaneously because we needed a weekend retreat away and this delivered! Admittedly, you do need to be prepared that it’s not the easiest place to get to - but we packed light and had plenty of hands to get the groceries brought over. In the end;however, with a bit of planning, it was no issue at all getting there with our toddler and baby. And the location absolutely delivered! It was just what we needed to be in an undisturbed, peaceful setting to unwind from the busyness of everyday life. And the views are amazing!! As disclosed, a few elements of this house aren’t renovated (bathrooms), so if this is ever done then it will help elevate the house as well. I wasn’t aware that it was a two story house - which for us was perfect as we stayed below and my parents stayed above and gave us each some separate living space. I’d absolutely recommend Carmen’s place if you are looking for a true Swiss retreat that’s off the beaten path!

Incredible stay. The listing photos do NOT do this home and area justice, it is truly spectacular. We loved Vitznau, all the hiking, proximity to the train. There is tons to do here and the week flew by.

We rented this house for 10 people (including a baby) for a baptism in the area and we were delighted with our stay. The location offers a very pleasant environment and the view from the terrace is exceptional. The equipment, interior space and comfort are of an excellent level, as are the cleanliness and finesse of the decoration. Added to a friendly and very flexible welcome from our host, I can only recommend this rental!

Great host. Claude was super communicative thorough-out the stay. The villa is great for a nice getaway from the city. It’s in the middle of nowhere so don’t expect to have much stuff going on around in term of restaurants or bars. But that’s exactly why we loved it. Great pool, jacuzzi and game areas. Barbecue was also very cool, although could have been bigger given how big the garden is. The only downside was the extra payments that the host asked outside of the Airbnb fees (deposit, cleaning, sheets). They were listed in the description so no surprise, but it wasn’t the most transparent way to do transactions without the security of the Airbnb platform. Overall - highly recommended for a nice getaway with friends or family in belgium!

Sabin and Mark were great hosts. We were with 8 adults and 7 children in their house, consisting of the main house and the completely renovated and stylishly developed "Saustall". The accommodation really exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean, spacious and stylishly decorated. The kitchens were well equipped and in the living rooms you could sit together and chat. The children especially liked the playroom and the many Bobby Cars. Even a table tennis table was available. We felt completely comfortable and can recommend the accommodation without hesitation.

We had a great weekend at the place. The kitchen is well equipped. We grilled and were able to use the beautiful terrace. Ideal location for surrounding activities such as canoeing.

A fantastic accommodation, with a great garden that invites you to linger and take photos at this time of year. The mansion is in very good condition and was well cleaned. It offers plenty of space and sleeping arrangements to spend time there with several parties. Communication with Hand and Sylvia also worked smoothly, all around a great experience and a top service.

The accommodation was just like in the photos: modern, clean and furnished with great attention to detail. We were there for a few workshop days for work and felt completely comfortable. The quiet surroundings and stylish ambiance created an inspiring atmosphere in which creative work was wonderfully possible. Saartje is a great hostess. Very warm, quick to reach and always helpful. All our questions were answered immediately, and a later check-out was also completely uncomplicated after prior arrangement. We were 100% satisfied and can recommend the accommodation without reservation, both for professional stays and for private breaks.

The accommodation is really nice and large and therefore perfect for larger groups. There are also special features such as a pool table, table tennis and a volleyball court. In each of the 2 kitchens! 2 dishwashers installed and we never lacked any equipment. All in all, it is definitely worth a visit if you plan to spend a lot of time there, as there is no special city or beach in the immediate vicinity.

Great holiday home, everything is very convenient, spacious and quiet.Most importantly, the host is very nice and the communication is very pleasant.

We stayed with a group of 6 adults and 5 small children between 6 months and 4 years and felt super comfortable. There was everything you need for the kids: high chairs, crib, night lights, stair gates, stools, potters, children's dishes and really lots of toys inside and outside. There's really nothing missing. The kitchen was also well equipped. The pool was a highlight. At least one day it was warm enough to jump in. For the summer, that's certainly great. Degi was also totally friendly and easy to reach. Existing deficiencies in the play equipment were resolved immediately. We felt really comfortable and will definitely be back.

Antonie welcomed us very kindly and gave helpful tips for restaurants and wine shopping. The apartment is spacious, bedroom with an open view of the wine region. Perfect blackout. Secure parking in the enclosed courtyard. Terrace and pool can be used perfectly. We can highly recommend a stay at Antonie.

we had a great weekend with friends. The house is great! Spacious, clean, well maintained, the interior is very nice and we were able to enjoy the exterior with a superb garden, swimming pool and pool house! David and Juliane were very accommodating. We recommend!

I had a fantastic experience at this Airbnb. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in and communication a breeze. The place was spotless and very well maintained, which made it feel like a home away from home. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the city center. I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit!

We had a great stay in this charming house, decorated with great taste. The garden is beautiful, very relaxing, and the pool clearly punctuated our sunny days. Everything was clean, well-equipped, very pleasant to live in. We immediately felt good there. A big thank you also for the warm welcome and the easy exchanges throughout the stay. We were 3 families each with a 2, 5 and 9 year old child. Our dog was there too. We spent our New Year's Eve there. Everything was as described and the place was super clean. If you want to spend a few quiet days and want to cook, you are in perfect hands there. Rarely found such a perfectly equipped kitchen. The dog was able to jump around in the entire large garden, as everything was completely fenced and thus also got his money's worth. We would go back there in a heartbeat! Clear recommendation!

Check-in and check-out, as well as communication with Andreea, went smoothly. The house, pool, sauna, and garden were in a really good and well-kept condition. Due to the proximity to the next houses, there is potential for conflict if things get a bit noisy, however.

We felt extremely comfortable. The house has charm and is surrounded by nature. Just right for a few relaxing days. We will be happy to come back!
