Beautifully located, very clean apartment! There are everything for longer stays. Christina is a very responsive host!

Gabi was a great host, super friendly and accommodating. The apartment is as described and seen in the photos. There is a nice park in the area. It was a great stay.

This was a gem of a place to stay. It is really comfortable, has a well equipped kitchen which made it easy to cater at home when we wanted to and beautiful views to enjoy from a private terrace. There is lots to do in this area; cycling along the canal for a day, a boat trip to Cochem and great walks including Calmont via Ferrara - the hike through the steepest vineyards. Our only regret is we didn’t stay longer to explore further afield.

Sabine's loft is simply beautiful and of a cleanliness rarely matched. The decoration is superb and all the amenities are present. We highly recommend this loft. A superb experience in a beautiful environment. Thank you again so much to our hosts.

We had a nice stay at Moka. However, it should be noted that the water pressure is really low due to construction and showering is cumbersome. Otherwise, the location and the garden are very nice. The residents are very nice, the daily cat visit is great. Ideal as a starting point for excursions to Koblenz or the Rupertsklamm. We were able to switch off well and would be happy to come back.

For a longer stay, I was able to rent this beautiful apartment from Sabine and Lutz. A perfect apartment, in which there is NOTHING missing and so lovingly and well thought-out furnished relaxation oasis.* Among other things, a very relaxing and quiet area, directly in nature.*Both made me feel that they are very warm hosts. All in all: excellent!

Everything was great! The attic apartment is a bit inconvenient if you are very tall, but the jacuzzi was great.

The apartment was very good. Everything you needed was available and it was very clean and cozy. The connection to public transport is within walking distance in approx. 5 minutes, which made it easy to explore Koblenz. We will be happy to come back. Monika and Achim

Huge apartment on two levels, two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs, another half bath downstairs plus living room, kitchen, and glassed in dining area. The apartment is spacious, especially for Germany, and so conveniently located. There is some noise from the pedestrian zone below until late in the night, but that is an expected trade-off given the convenient location. Parking in the nearby Weißliliengasse parking garage is not too far away. Exit via the stairs on the backside of the garage on the first level and the apartment is just a short walk from there.

Andreas was very good in communicating with us and very responsive. We enjoyed our stay at his beautiful clean house. He also suggested some stores and local restaurants around the area. He's very helpful. Thank you!

Super place to stay. A very nicely remodeled condo, stylish and modern. A big balcony with a great view. Totally secure with three locked doors to gain access. Just a few minutes walk to the river, restaurants, train station and pool. Spotlessly clean and bright. A fully equipped kitchen. Totally comfortable. I really enjoyed my time here.

Friendly welcome, we felt very comfortable right away. The beds are particularly noteworthy, super comfortable. From the house, we could reach everything worth seeing in Worms on foot. Bakers and restaurants nearby, 5 minutes. Saturday and Thursday is the weekly market, just a stone's throw away. I would like to rent this apartment again on another visit to Worms. We were completely satisfied and very much enjoyed the stay. The surroundings are very quiet and the view from the small balcony is absolutely spectacular. Sleeping with the windows open is no problem at all. If you are sensitive to light, you should bring sleeping glasses. We were able to park our bikes in the hallway and took great day trips. The kitchen is adequately equipped and very clean. The mattresses are very comfortable, the pillows are probably a matter of taste (we like it a little firmer). Bernhard is always available and answers all questions incredibly quickly and kindly - a great host!

Stefi and her husband are warm and thoughtful hosts. We felt very comfortable there. The studio apartment was spacious and cozy for two of us, the kitchen well equipped and the view from the balcony is fantastic. We were able to use the pool in the house and by arrangement also the sauna. We had a great, quiet and relaxing weekend.

Sylvie is a very thoughtful host and very friendly. For my purpose, a quiet weekend in beautiful surroundings, the room and the location was perfect.

we were there for the second time and were very satisfied again....the apartment is right on the forest,so ideal for the dogs... the connection is very good and to Bonn it is also not far.... the apartment is very large and cozy and equipped with everything you need every day...the communication was great... in addition, there are many , beautiful chickens running freely in the garden...we liked it very much again and we'd love to come back....☺️☺️

It is the best place To escape the pressures of life. A very quiet place and the host is a more than wonderful person and very helpful. I don't think there is a more beautiful place in Koblenz.

Lovely clean place. Silvia and Bernd are very friendly and accommodating. Communication worked very well. The train station is a few minutes away. You don't hear any trains, it's pleasantly quiet. We had another wine tasting with the two of them. We felt very comfortable.
