Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Rhea County

The rental was amazing. Very clean, roomy and a beautiful view of the lake. Mitch was very responsive and friendly. The pictures don’t do it justice, you need to see it in person to take it all in. This has been our favorite vacation so far. If you love to fish you can catch all you want from the back yard. We will definitely be back next year. We didn’t want to leave. Another plus is that you are only two hours away from Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg and Nashville for a nice day trip.

If I could give 6 stars I would. The area is beautiful and peaceful. The house was clean, and this is the first time I’ve written this for an Airbnb, the beds were very comfortable. Everything was well stocked. We were given a list of recommended restaurants, there were kayaks and life jackets for us to use, and the hosts were overall accommodating. We had a request and they called and explained where to find what we were looking for; they were extremely kind. My family will be sure to come back and we highly recommend booking here.

The house was just lovely. It was very neat & clean. It’s in a peaceful location but close enough to several things to do. Chasity was very responsive when we had questions. She had everything we needed & more! I definitely plan to come back.

Lake views were as beautiful as the pictures. The dock space was awesome and the host provided lots of floats and 2 kayaks. Check in was very easy. The covered patio was huge and a great place to eat and hang out. Our dog loved it too. I would definitely stay here again.

The location and stay were perfect for the area to visit family while also have a genuine getaway to decompress and enjoy the insurmountable hiking trails and scenery. The peacefulness of the space was amazing and created a wonderful opportunity to rest.

We came to Dunlap to celebrate a graduation and this home was in the perfect location. Close to town, family, and our event. It had plenty of room for our group and offered endless areas to hang out and play in during our stay. The hot tub was a huge hit and we even swam in the giant pool (despite expert cooler temp weather) with amazing views. The deck was enjoyed everyday. It really is a wonderful home!

Alexis has a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home in the heart of Fairfield Glade. Her kitchen had everything we needed for our month long stay. Alexis and I communicated on several occasions and she was very responsive to every text I sent to her. I would strongly recommend her home if you are going to be in the Fairfiled Glade area!!

Right off 411 a super great place to stay when traveling through or in our case visiting family. Close to the highway but you do t hear or see anything and feel completely isolated in a beautiful oasis. Super easy stay for my family thank you Renee

This place was absolutely perfect. The property is gorgeous and has everything imaginable. The hosts were extremely responsive to any questions we had. I would definitely book this place again for my family.

This is a fabulous place to stay on Watts Bar Lake! We fell in love as soon as we arrived. The location was peaceful and quiet yet close to the marina and getting around to other areas on the lake. The home was perfect for us and our friends and their daughter. We were so happy that our dogs got to come with us too. The outside deck and enclosed sunroom were both great places for us to enjoy a meal with gorgeous views. All the amenities in the house were wonderful too. I can’t recommend this place enough. When we come back to the lake, this is where we all want to stay again. On top of all of that, Christin was a perfect host! She was very responsive and provided great advice as well. Highly recommended!

My friends and I enjoyed staying at Adam’s place! There was plenty of room for all of us. Adam’s place had plenty of games, ping pong, fishing equipment, and even inflatable kayaks to take to the nearby lake. Our only complaint was a small ant/bug problem, but spray was provided and these are hard to avoid living so close to the lake. Thanks for the great stay Adam!

We absolutely loved this place and would have stayed longer if we didn’t already have plans to backpack the following days. What an amazing spot if you love to camp but need a little “ extra” because you are tired . I felt like it was a bargain with how comfortable it was, the amenities, and the proximity to hiking. My daughter enjoyed all the games that were there and we played, and she was excited about having a coffee maker while camping. Awesome stay ! Definitely love to go back and would recommend!!!!

We loved the house and location. The lake is beautiful and was so much fun. The house is big enough for a large family or a group of friends. Darren was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Our only complaint was it lacked some kitchen items we wish we had but we made due and overall it was fabulous

From the moment I arrived, the beauty of the woods and the peacefulness of nature wrapped around me like a warm embrace. Everywhere I turned, there was something magical, the stunning tents, the enchanting treehouse, the refreshing outdoor shower, the prayer tent, and yoga on the platform under the open sky. The nights were breathtaking, with stars scattered across the sky and shooting stars painting wishes across the darkness. Mrs. Barb has left an imprint on my heart that words can hardly capture. Her knowledge, kindness, and quiet wisdom opened doors within me I didn’t even realize were closed. She showed me more than she will probably ever know, about myself, about the world, and about the beauty of simply being. This wasn’t just a stay, it was an inspiration, an awakening, and a healing journey. A piece of Awakening Adventures will stay with me always. We have stayed at Airbnbs all over the US and I must say these hosts were by far the best. Great communication and helpful tips throughout our stay. The house is amazing with your own private dock on beautiful Watts Bar lake. We also rented their pontoon boat so we could explore the lake. Could not be more happy with our trip and the amenities we were offered while there. Many thanks to the Ivey family! They come highly recommended by this crew.

Some friends and I chose this house for a long weekend softball tournament in the area. It was a beautiful house and the hosts were fantastic. They have put a lot of work into their place and we certainly enjoyed it and could have easily stayed longer! The bedrooms and bathrooms were immaculate! The kitchen was completely spotless with new appliances! Super clean and comfortable! Kristi was very responsive to every message and request, including an unexpected power outage in the area. Completely out of her control but she reported it to the power company right away and did all she could to help us. The entire property was perfect for us with plenty of room, toys and amenities! We really enjoyed staying here and we think you will too! If we're ever back in this area, we're coming straight HERE! Thank you for a fantastic weekend! 5+ stars all the way around!

The house was amazing & just as described. Plenty of room for all of us. We fished off the dock & caught several 30ish pound catfish which my husband, son, and grandsons loved. The kitchen was great for cooking breakfast each day. The beds were very comfy, showers were nice, the view was outstanding. The hot tub was my favorite part.
