Very warm place and identical to photos and description! Very friendly and responsive host! I highly recommend it. ☺️

I stayed at Chris’s place with my dad for 3 nights after heading up from Perpignan. The apartment is a couple of minutes walk from the train station and also a couple of minutes away from the main square, where there are ample restaurants. It wasn’t peak season so they weren’t always open but we still managed to get some great meals. The apartment is also about a 20 minute walk to the medieval city, which is great if you love a bit of history. The apartment itself is immaculate and very comfortable. The balcony was great to sit out on and you can hear the organs playing from the church opposite. The apartment is on the street and cars going by can be loud, but Chris kindly left earplugs in the bedrooms to resolve this. We would definitely recommend Chris’s apartment and would love to stay again.

I had a pleasant stay at this place. Too bad there's no private parking space in front of the accommodation, it's a little complicated when you're loaded and the spaces are taken in front.

Jean- David and Marine are very committed and generous hosts. They made great suggestions and offered us facilities they didn't need to. The kitchen is well stocked with the basics and easy to use. They're very responsive to communication which we really appreciated. It's a very comfortable and ideal location for visiting Castres.

Clean accommodation and professional and friendly owner

We absolutely loved this property. The location is ideally located just across from a beautiful park and botanical garden. Very quiet, very safe. Lots of families and close to restaurants, cafe's, etc. The entire apartment was spotless from the kitchen, to the bathroom, furniture, linens, floors, etc. It felt like we were the first ones to stay there. The private rooftop terrace was such a nice place to relax in the evenings. The private garage parking was also a very nice feature, but unfortunately, we booked a larger rental car (BMW X3) and although it fit, I personally wasn't comfortable getting into the narrow entrance so ended up parking on the street. That said, next time in Toulouse, we will rent a smaller car! The hosts were fantastic - the personal check-in is such a nice feature and helpful to really get to know the property. Thank you Brune and Audrey for a wonderful long weekend in Toulouse. I hope we are lucky enough to come back!

This was an absolutely amazing find. It was a beautiful place in a brilliant location. Carcassone did not disappoint. Coming back to sit on the terrace at the end of the day was a real treat. Loads of lovely little restaurants nearby and a 5 minute walk up to the Medieval City. A real gem of a place.

Apartment renovated with care, very clean, well decorated, consistent with the photos and description. It is quiet, in the city center, practical and very well equipped. Briccio is a responsive, warm and really attentive to the smallest detail. Everything is designed to make you feel good from the beginning to the end of the stay. (Small + for chocolates) Excellent Wi-Fi, and free parking a few minutes' walk away, really appreciable. I would highly recommend it!

Wonderful apartment! Great location which was walkable to everything in Toulouse. The apartment was private, comfortable and had all of the amenities for a fabulous stay. Our host Agnès was outstanding! She was very helpful, proactive and responsive. We hope to stay again next year.

Very happy with this cottage, very nice materials, very nice decor, refined chic, space to park in the courtyard. Everything is very clean and the bedding is impeccable, comfortable, rose petals on the bed. You can hear the footsteps of the inhabitants above, you feel a light presence, but it is not a problem. This was our final pit stop before jetting off to Canada — and what a charming send-off it was! We stayed with our two toddlers under 2. Amina welcomed us with a lot of warmth. The place? Adorably decorated with such attention to detail, even the bathroom had us saying “wow” ! We didn’t get to dive into the pool (late arrival + little explorers in tow), but we took Amina’s stellar recommendations and had a lovely wander through Toulouse instead. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided — from comfy touches to kid-friendly vibes — and it made all the difference. If you’re traveling with little ones (or just want a cozy, well-curated place with a fantastic host), this spot is a gem. Merci, Amina — highly recommend!

Very nice welcome from Christophe upon arrival. The place is spacious and as described. Clean, well-equipped, bright. We had a great stay, and we recommend this place.

We highly recommend it and above all, don't hesitate for a second! The residence is wonderfully quiet and very peaceful, located in a beautiful environment. Parking space is a real plus. Without a direct view, with a balcony offering a beautiful tree-lined view. Not to mention the accommodation, which is decorated with incredible taste. We felt good there immediately. The bedding is comfortable, the bathroom functional and the kitchen perfectly equipped. As soon as we return to Castres, we will go to Chloé's!! We had a fantastic stay here - the location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the medieval castle. It is so easy to step outside and soak in the atmosphere with charming alleyways, plenty of eateries (still some closed in mid-June), and little shops all around. Access to the castle and the walk along the wall (highly recommend) is just minutes away. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, with great bathroom facilities and a fantastic outdoor area that we really enjoyed. We did have a bit of trouble finding it at first, but once we reread Marie's instructions it all made sense - be sure to look for Le Rendez-vous above the entrance door. Having free car parking was brilliant, and we didn’t mind the walk up to the apartment. We stayed one night, and found we had enough time to look around, we loved old Carcassonne and it is definitely worth visiting. It was a really memorable stay and we’d thoroughly recommend it.

Very good location in Toulouse, close to the capitol. The bathtub/jacuzzi is very nice, the hosts are very responsive and friendly. Portable air conditioning very appreciable in this hot weather I recommend

A perfect place to enjoy the center of Toulouse. The apartment is located in the heart of the center, but its location in a small street and on the rooftops make it a very quiet place. Comfortable and well-equipped, with of course the very pleasant spa bath as a bonus.
