Been staying for 6 months. Long story short: 10/10. It is located inside the block, so you don't have street noises. When there is no construction in a house nearby (I was unlucky, so I had a lot of noise), you won't find a more restful place than here. Safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and cafés. Coble stone streets that slowdown the already little traffic. Extremely beautiful patio and plants. Everything is exactly as in the pictures. Neighbors are incredibly kind too and if you love cats, you will be visited by the neighbor's cat often. What I didn't like too much was the bed as it makes a lot of noises when turning around in it due to the type of frame. Besides that, the place is absolutely beautiful. You will love it. The hosts are the best I ever had, available as quickly as possible, replying within minutes, trying everything to make you feel at home and taking care that you have everything you need. 100% recommendation.

Seba’s place was great. Two blocks from Palermo SOHO - the cutest area in Buenos Aires. So many cafes, restaurants, and boutiques to choose from. There is a great park for kids to play and markets every weekend. The furniture in the home is incredibly comfortable. The beds were divine! We really enjoyed the architectural layout of the space and felt very safe. Seba was extremely helpful and friendly to work with.

Fantastic stay in Palermo - apartment is full of character with spectacularly high ceilings and equipped with everything we needed. Location is excellent and would definitely stay again. Neil made check in and check out a breeze. Highly recommend.

The place was pretty good. Big and spacious to have family and friends over. Very nice location close to the subway and buses. San Telmo is great if you like the business and vibrancy of Buenos Aires.

My favorite apartment in Buenos Aires

Angie is a very friendly, punctual and responsible host. Check-in and checkout were at the agreed time, without expectations. When the stove was repaired, the technician came quickly, 3 hours after our application. The location is convenient, there is no noise from the road. Supermarket is 5 minutes away. There is an exit to the avenue nearby, there are no problems with transport. You can walk to the historic center of Recoleto. Overall a good place to stay

Excellent apartment in Buenos Aires, everything was impressively clean. The very friendly host allowed me to stay a few more hours free of charge. I'm sure I'll be back to this accommodation and I highly recommend it.

The accommodation has enough for a short stay. I didn't use the kitchen part because I always ate out. But it had the necessary utensils for a quick meal. The host responded quickly and was very kind

The place was very comfortable, had everything I needed for the night I stayed. Well located, walkable to restaurants and really close to the nightlife of downtown Buenos Aires. But still the flat was quiet and I could relax. Above all, the place was impeccable; sparkling clean. Honestly of the highest standards I’ve experienced in my airbnb “tenure”. The truth is that everything is excellent, clean, tidy, comfortable. There was enough bedding, the TV worked perfectly as well as the connection. Easy to enter, whether with a key or code. Amenities in the bathroom, hair dryer. The instructions were clear, security in the building, elevator, everything was ok. Comfortable beds, there were extra pillows for any doubts. Everything was impeccable, Graciela always responded quickly. We'll be back!

Beautiful place, excellent location (around the obelisk) and super clean and tidy. The place is quiet and well equipped, it has a kitchen with everything you need, a refrigerator, a TV, a chromecast, a microwave and even a hair dryer. The service was also very good and the check-in process was simple. They also sent me recommendations for places to visit and to eat. I went with my girlfriend for a long weekend and we were super happy!

The apartment is very nice, it is worth it mainly for the views but perhaps in relation to price quality it is high. Very good service. For tourists, it's definitely useful because of its central location.
