A sensational place, we spent incredible days, phenomenal structure, I will certainly recommend to others to have the same memories that I had together with friends and family!

N we have words to describe our weekend at Casa Desparta. The place is + that perfect, it was the place that even hj (for years hosting us on Airbnb) most made us comfortable and really feeling at home. N lack absolutely NOTHING, fully equipped with td that is needed both in the kitchen and in the leisure part. It has not only a swimming pool, a hammock, a spaghetti buoy, lounge chair, chairs to sit in the shade, a lot of space with fruit trees (some still small) but they leave the beautiful environment, I imagine when they are bigger🤩. The place is of unparalleled calm. The house was SPOTLESS CLEAN and SMELLING. Township had cold beer, ice water, ice and chocolate in the fridge. We walked around, took a swimming pool, stabbed the night at the outdoor fireplace and finished with a barbecue at the barbecue (which had absolutely everything to prepare the meat). We enjoy every moment. We'll be back for sure every time. Gratitude 😊

The house is excellent. Anything you need, you'll find. It's also extremely clean, tidy, and spacious. Ideal to rest and enjoy summer days. The house is located in a closed and safe condominium. Great place to walk, practice physical activity, and rest. Carmen is great host, always willing and responsive in communication. I highly recommend hosting. And I won't wait to come back :)

Great value for money in the camobi region, I didn't expect to need the air conditioning but it ended up being fundamental.

The facilities are modest, but well equipped, with a ceiling fan and air-conditioning. In addition, co-host Renata allowed us to leave our car at the garage access, keeping the vehicle safe during the night. Although the vehicle space was narrow, it was great because it was an amenity that wasn't even in the listing. The bed linens were very comfortable. It is also worth noting the cleanliness of the place. Finally, we did not go sightseeing, the objective was to take my son's exams at the local UFSM campus, where the exams would end at 6:30 p.m. on Sunday. Considering that the scheduled check-out time was 10:00 a.m., this flexibility and kindness of being able to extend the time brought us a lot of comfort so that we could rest before we traveled.

Cristina's communication was very good and quick from booking to check out. The house is well located, 18 km from Santa Maria. The Airton and Ivonete reception was very good, they waited for us with bubbly and cake. The home is very new, clean, tidy and air-conditioned facilities. The instructions were clear and objective. The pool was very clean and air-conditioned. The place is very quiet and with privacy. Our Christmas was very good thanks to the hosts and the home.
