My Family and I had a great stay at the property. The hostess was extremely proactive and attentive throughout the reservation, which made all the difference. The space met expectations well and we didn't have any problems throughout the days we stayed there. The region offers a variety of activities, mainly linked to water activities at the dam, which has easy access through the condominium and a very attractive freshwater beach. I recommend and would host again!

Paulo's house has an excellent division between the space for rest(suites) and the space for socializing, providing well-being for all guests, according to the age, desire and routine of each one🥰!!! The location is easily accessible, even at night! Gated and safe condominium! Great mattresses, we all slept very well!!! The bathrooms are perfect for a relaxing bath! We do not use the hydro because of the cold, but it was at our disposal. Kitchenware, crockery, microwave, oven, stove, fridge, fridge, all spotless for our amenity and comfort! Loved the integrated get-together space, furnishings and decor🙃!!! Flexible check in and check out, according to our need, and without delay!!! Instant response from host😉!!! Very well-equipped, comfortable house. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, great bathrooms. Great leisure structure, such as a swimming pool, barbecue area, lawn. Very well maintained house! We had a great family stay.

We had a great stay at the residence … nice place.. wide.. wide … with a sensational view. Throughout the period, we received the necessary support for everything to go as planned. In the reservation there was an assistant for the kitchen who supported us a lot every day. Definitely will be back !

The house is very good, it corresponds to what is advertised. The pool is great. Clarification, questions, guidance were always answered. We really liked the house, the transparent and polite way of Vitória. We would definitely come back. There is only one reservation about the region, which at this time has a lot of mosquitoes (just like those that give bananas) during the day.

The house is great and the pool is amazing. Pictures and description are spot on. Mari is a great and attentive host, going out of her way to make the experience amazing by providing club access, as well as regularly checking-in and providing helpful tips etc. 5* house and host for sure, would love to visit again!

Beautiful and extremely pleasant place. the hostyre responded td quickly. Beautifully airy house, with an excellent gourmet space, good outdoor area and well surrounded, I went with 2 pets that were able to get super comfortable. I had a little issue with a television, but nothing that could get in the way of the experience. The condominium is beautiful, very nice to go for a drive, and go discovering places to stop. I plan to come back.

The host at all times was super attentive, always responding to messages very quickly, and always super understanding and friendly. The place is amazing, we didn't lack anything of utensils, pots and everything else… Super cozy, the distribution of great rooms, everything impeccable. Not counting the wifi that more than 10 people connected and never left us in kkk's hand

The house is exactly as it is in the photos. We got there and everything was perfectly clean. The house is super spacious and accommodates 3 couples with great comfort. We were 3 people in my case, so it was extremely comfortable. It has all the kitchen utensils, which made our life much easier. The outdoor area with pool and barbecue grill was what we used the most. The pool was clean. Finally, Aline is super friendly and always responded very quickly and gave very good tips. I highly recommend the house and I will come back other times.

My family and I were in every Igor during the carnival. Casa very comfortable, exactly as advertised. Beautiful Landscape, it was worth it. The only point that perhaps deserves a small one () would be the living room and kitchen, these two environments do not have air conditioning, nor a fan, so, on these hot days, with high heat and pets, it would be interesting to think of an air or even fans, to be able to keep the doors closed at night and do not pass heat. But I emphasize that it is nothing to discredit the house, even because the rooms have great air conditioning.

We spent the end of the year in the house and were sensational days, a wonderful spacious and very quiet house. Sandy and Paulo were sencionais fast communication whenever it was necessary, when you want to return I already know where to stay !

We spent the Easter holiday at the Farm and it was perfect! Natalino very kind, always helpful. Communication with Carlos was excellent. The house has many comfortable and spacious rooms with air conditioning and bathrooms. My family loved it! As soon as possible, we thought of returning. Gratitude 🙏
