The house is very cozy! Mr. Laercio is very helpful. The house was clean and the bedding items were also clean. A suggestion would be a slightly more powerful oven. In addition, my friends and I had a wonderful stay.

It was an incredible trip, however, the accommodation was a show; beautiful house, mega equipped, beautiful and functional. It far exceeded our expectations and honestly, in person the house is soooo much more charming, cozy and beautiful than it appears in the photos. Delicious, safe place and close to everything we needed. Gilda, who welcomed us to the house, gave us unique attention, it even seemed like a prank, so well we were received and the way we were welcomed (considering the days we have lived in our society). I highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful experience in this house in Monte Verde! The house is simply charming, very charming, cozy and extremely well equipped — thought out in the smallest details to offer comfort. The location is also excellent, very close to the center, which made our tours much easier. Everything was perfect, we will definitely come back and recommend it without hesitation!

I had a wonderful weekend at Sítio Sonho Meu! The place is simply enchanting, surrounded by mountains, with a breathtaking view. The house has beautiful architecture, a very welcoming atmosphere and is ideal for resting and enjoying nature. The place is super well maintained, everything is very clean and organized. One of the most special moments was cooking with a wonderful view - a unique and pleasurable experience! The house has all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay, which makes all the difference. The ranch's main attractions are the lake, the animals, the soccer field, the vegetable garden, the playground, and the cows and horses that roam the surroundings, bringing even more charm and tranquility to the place. It is an excellent place for those looking to connect with family, enjoy nature and forget the hustle and bustle of the city. The host, Janaína, was extremely helpful and attentive. Thank you!!

The house is extremely beautiful, super cozy and with a wonderful breathtaking view! Hotel-like bed and bedding, we slept very well. Communication with Luana was very practical and fast.

It was a lovely stay. The hosts' house is beautiful with a very well-designed architectural project! Spacious, clean, well decorated, quality furniture and with everything you need for a couple and/or family stay. The entire house is immersed in nature. We were able to contemplate nature inside and outside the house. The place is quiet and in a colder part of the city, which provided delicious cold nights with a fire and fireplace. We took advantage of everything the house offered and the desire was not to leave. Blankets, bedding, heaters and fireplace present and working perfectly. Kitchen equipped with beautiful and complete crockery with sets. Everyone loved the house and we would return in the future. A solitary hostess who is always quickly available to assist us.

The atmosphere is ideal for a couple. It was very clean and organized, has the basics for making meals ( plates, cutlery, microwave, coffee machine and a small minibar). It is close to downtown to go by car, walking would be far away. The accommodation is not possible for those who do not have mobility, as they need to climb a ladder to get to the house. We enjoyed the stay and was worth it for the cost benefit.

Everything was perfect, I stayed 3 days and they were incredible! The tourist part is beautiful and very close to the accommodation, everything was very clean and organized, it had everything we needed and we enjoyed everything! Besides, the owners are super nice and helpful! We will definitely recommend and return!!!! WE LOVE IT!

We spent 3 extremely pleasant days in Dnalva's apartment, everything as advertised and in the photos presented. The location is great, there are restaurants nearby, bakery, pharmacy, grocery store..., cleaning in order, clean bed linen and towels. It was a perfect weekend! I definitely recommend this place.

The accommodation is extremely clean, cozy and has everything we need. Lu is an excellent host, always responding promptly, in addition to having a caretaker for anything we needed. We had difficulty entering the condominium because access is through a link and there was no signal. On site, the signal is bad, it barely works. The Wi-Fi also presented instability, which made it a little difficult. In addition, the place is for family and rest, without noise and in the midst of nature. Much more beautiful than in the photos! In addition, the condominium has a market that makes it VERY easy! We spent the turn with great tranquility and would definitely come back!

Large house, well equipped and with great leisure options for the family — swimming pool, heated jacuzzi, soccer field and is still pet friendly! We celebrated my mother's birthday on one of the days, with a slightly larger number of people previously aligned with the host, who was always very attentive. The stay was excellent and super comfortable for everyone!

My stay was formidable, beyond my expectations and more than I loved. Because it was a large dog, I was reactive, but it was wonderful and the garden spacious, he had a great time. The best part is to be petfriendly not only hosting, plus Monte Verde in general. The house is amazing, maybe even better than the photos. Very wide, beautiful, with various leisure items, plenty of bedding. Unfortunately we were unable to use the ofurô for setbacks that did not allow it to work. Excellent cost-beneficio and very close to SP!

I was with my family on the New Year, 15 people. Very good, spacious house, perfectly accommodated everyone. Very cozy. All equipped. Fabio is a great host. Super indico hiring diarista Jô, super pro-active and hands-on. Air conditioning in the rooms was a plus as it was very hot the days. Playroom already equipped for children. The condominium is very beautiful, super quiet. To improve I would indicate to have a modern barbecue or barbecue space because the house deserves. Of the rest, everything perfect. Voltaria for sure! :)

The place is very nice, very well accommodated our family of 12 adults. I emphasize the extreme good taste of the leisure space, the balcony with the barbecue, connected to the kitchen and the pool, barbarian! The land is huge, including space where there are pigs, sheep, horses and a cow with your little calf! Very cool! I recommend the hiring of Simone, an angel who took great care of our family! She and Marco were extremely attentive to us - our dogs especially loved Marco's patience! We'll be back!
