Built-in 1901, this light and spacious house is just a 10 min walk from the city center and the beautiful Sonsbeek Park. Op 5 minuten loopafstand van het centraal station Ede-Wageningen en 5 minuten rijden vanaf de snelwegen ligt ons huis. 2,5km lopen naar het centrum van Ede en in 20 minuten met de trein in Utrecht en in 50 minuten in Amsterdam. Je eigen ingang, kamer met airco (2024) en badkamer. Midden op de Veluwe. Met de fiets op de hei in 15 minuten en 5 minuutjes lopen naar het bos. Een heerlijke uitvalsbasis dus! Opladen van de elektrische auto behoort ook tot de mogelijkheden.
