Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Rende District

A very comfortable apartment in a great location with a great host who speaks very good English. James actually met us at the train station and walked us to the apartment to show us around. We had everything we needed. We really appreciated the capsule coffee maker and the microwave. I would stay here again.

Fujitsu air conditioning performs excellently, quickly cooling the space day or night, and making it comfortable to live in on hot summer days.The kitchen is fully equipped with IKEA tableware and cookware, making it convenient for both simple cooking and breakfast.There are also thoughtful little things like Brita water filters, which make people feel at ease and add extra points. The washing machine has a washing and drying function, which is especially useful for medium- and long-term stays.The overall living experience is very comfortable, I sincerely recommend this Airbnb, and I am very grateful to the host for the thoughtful arrangements in all aspects!

The bed is comfortable and the TV is more functional but light sleepers are not recommended to stay because sometimes the sound of the hose running at night and the sound of cars passing by outside

We really employed staying here. It was peaceful and quiet, close to great restaurants, bars, massages, and public transportation, and the hosts were so helpful in helping us plan our trip. You can’t control nature and we did experience an earthquake (it’s my third in my life), but in such a newly constructed building built to standards, I have never felt safer. The hosts reached out as it was happening, asked us how we were and provided helpful instructions. I would definitely come back!

It was very comfortable and relaxing to stay as if it were your own home.The space is thoughtfully arranged and clean and tidy.The most special thing is that there is also a camping tent inside, super fun and atmospheric, and it looks great to take photos!There is also a paid parking lot across the road, very convenient for traveling by car, highly recommend this place and would like to come back next time.

It is a bit further away.Located in a quiet residential area. There is a main street a short walk away.Seven Eleven and restaurants there. The inside of the building is beautiful. The first floor is like a shared area.I would like to stay in a group. The host is friendly and polite.

Located in the most lively part of Guohua Street, there is also a cooperative parking lot, and the slight disadvantage is that it is a little far from the convenience store, but there is also a bicycle provided, so it is not a problem; the host is very kind, and there are problems and all responding immediately to deal with it.
