Superbe appartement S+3 au cœur de la ville de Monastir (rue de la Falaise) avec vue mer, idéale pour 4 personnes. Ce S+3 lumineux de 120 m2 est situé dans une résidence sécurisée proche des commerces et autres commodités. L’appartement est tout neuf, intégralement équipé. Le logement se trouve au 1er étage d’un immeuble et dispose deux balcons avec une vue sur la mer. Son salon offre un cadre parfait (vue panoramique sur la mer) pour se détendre après une journée passée à découvrir la région.

The apartment consists of a bedroom with a comfy nice bed, a modern fully-equipped kitchen and a sunlit living room with smart TV. 3 bed rooms and 3 balconies. Perfect place to stay for couples/friends within short distance of some of the most beautiful sceneries in the city and famous landmarks. Sofa in the living room can also serve as an additional bed. Very quiet at night. Located on the 4th floor with elevator. The view is nice, enjoy sunset from the kitchen balcony is a nice experience.
