Living in a Gründerzeit house: Unique, cozy & a bit more beautiful! The modern loft apartment is located in a beautiful Gründerzeit house in the Hof city center. Pedestrian zone and train station are each only a few minutes walk away. The loft has a kitchenette, a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bathtub as well as a floor-level shower. The ceiling spotlights can be adjusted in color to create an individually cozy ambiance for bathing.

Completed in 2020 and thus a dream of mine has come true. I personally experienced the trend of less is more - first having to and then seeing it as an opportunity. Quiet apartment with barbecue area and garden

Less than 2 minutes' drive the highway and 5 minutes on foot to the town. There it is, your apartment! It's in the lower part of the house facing the garden with plenty of space to relax. Since our son has moved out, we have renovated and lovingly furnished the apartment. You are welcome to use the garden and barbecue, as well as the outdoor dining table. As I am a qualified hotel manager, it is a pleasure to host guests.

The well-air-conditioned new apartment with underfloor heating is modernly equipped and has a large living and dining area with access to a private terrace. Unser Haus ist ruhig gelegen, ca. 2 km vom schönen Untreusee entfernt. Nach Hof sind es 5 km, nach Rehau 10 km. Wir vemieten ein abgeschlossenes Apartment im Untergeschoß, bestehend aus einem Wohn-Schlafbereich ca. 24qm, einer Singleküche ca. 4qm und einem Bad ca. 3,5 qm. Die Wohnung ist mit eigenem Türöffner und einer Sprechanlage ausgestattet.

Our modern 95 m² apartment was only completed in the spring of 2019 and lovingly furnished. It has a separate entrance on the first floor and is wheelchair accessible. Behind the house is a large garden with seating and barbecue facilities. Free parking is available at the house.
