MY daughters love the environment because of the calmness. the unit is so neat and tidy. It was a.nice place to stay with all.the amenities. I hope to get the place next time we visit Niagra again. Thanks Shea

If you are looking for a nice place away from the congestion of downtown then this is the place for you. Perfect space for 2 people. It was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The area was beautiful. We enjoyed doing some work on the patio and we were in walking distance to restaurants and bars.

Location is quiet, away from the tourist area but close enough to drive to the attractions so a vehicle is recommended. Easy free parking onsite. Super clean unit has most of what you need except for a dishwasher and laundry however we used a public laundromat called Casino Coin during our week stay (avoid the closer one called Suds). The additional half bath was invaluable as was the sofa bed in the living room. Appreciated the availability of a Brita water filter, many K-pods for the Keurig, the non-teflon pans and the bottle of wine gifted. There’s a great local market called Lococo’s a few minutes walk away with the freshest meats, veggies and fruits. We felt safe in this area just down the road from the Great Wolf Lodge. Responsive owner / manager. I recommend this Airbnb.

I had a wonderful stay at Mary’s place! I was in town for a work trip and felt right at home. The space was clean with a very spacious backyard. Not too far from Niagara Falls, restaurants, shopping and other things to do. Mary was very friendly, and always quick to respond. I would highly recommend this place, and look forward to returning when I’m back in town!

The price of the stay was very reasonable for the location and living arrangements.

Every detail made the space feel welcoming and comfortable, and it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The host was responsive and kind, which made the entire experience even better. I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay and would gladly return. Highly recommend!

Ben’s place was great!! My husband and I had a great time in NOTL. The location was key with a 10-15 min walk to the main strip. Lots of wineries within walking or a short drive. Being near the water was perfect! Easy simple check in and affordable pricing. Would definitely stay here again when visiting next.

Ben was extremely responsive and helped us out so much! We had terrible weather during our stay, and we were able to adjust our check in and check out times so that we could stay safe. Beautiful location, very peaceful and walkable. This place is perfect for a getaway and it was very close to all the attractions. We loved the big TV in the room, since we couldnt go out too much due to the weather. We cannot wait to book again. Thanks Ben! :)

Stayed here for a night before a wedding. Had some complications that were out of the hosts control and happened last minute. They worked with us on a solution and didn't cancel on us last minute. Overall happy.

Condo is beautiful, clean, cozy with convenient parking. But the building itself has strong audibility, there was weirdly working vacuum cleaner in the condo. At least the second issue might be solved easily. Host is very responsive and courteous. For family of four with two small kids and two pets this place was worthwhile to stay one month. So, we strongly recommend this place.

Right up front, let me just say that this condo is spectacular. Great location. Beautifully renovated. Unbelievable value. Salvatore was communicative and responsive leading up to our trip and throughout our stay. A wonderful host! Although I was a little skeptical when I first pulled down the street as the area is somewhat depressed - don't be discouraged. The neighborhood was quiet and the local restaurants were wonderful. I hope some of the other commercial establishments start to fill up again as it really is a great area. We crossed back and forth several times over the border without any delay. I would definitely recommend this spot for people wanting to visit Buffalo - although it's over the border it's so quick and easy and convenient. Also, the place was stunning! So beautifully restored and the pictures accurately captured the space. I know we'll be back in Buffalo in the spring/summer and we'll definitely stay in Fort Erie again. I hope the condo continues to be available.

Mary is an excellent host she makes you feel relax being there. Her hospitality gives you warmth it is beyond a 5 stars. Comfy, cozy, neat, and clean dwelling. The unit is close by shopping area grocery store and numerous restaurants. This is my second stay I really like the unit we stayed in. Whenever I come in town I would love to stay at Mary’s place.

I recently stayed at Emmanuel’s Airbnb in Niagara Falls, and it was fantastic. The host was friendly and communicated well. The property matched the photos perfectly, with fresh sheets, towels, and a lovely fragrance throughout. The house was spotless and comfortable. Highly recommend this place—definitely deserves 5 ⭐️

Hey I would like to say thank you to the hose and co host. It’s me and my girlfriend’s first out of town trip in a while and we both fall in love all over again in the falls lol. The big part of this is because we had no problem and completely privacy. Which we don’t get anymore due to our jobs. We would come back next year!!! Once again thank you for the privacy that was important to us! Ps we for got our towels and was relieved when we saw towels on the bed since we need a shower.

I contacted the host, about an early check-in and the sink drainage issue, and she responded right away, which made me feel at ease during my stay. In total, I had a comfortable stay.
