Private suite holiday rentals in Regional Municipality of Durham

The house was located in a nice area which was very close to local grocery stores, parks, and tennis courts. The place was spacious and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook anything you want. Jeesoo was very responsive to any questions we had. The only thing I would say as an FYI is that the bed is rather firm and if you plan to work from here the wifi can be spotty at times. Overall was a great place for my husband and I to stay

I had a very nice stay at this basement apartment less than two blocks away from the lake. There was plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby if I needed anything and it was a great launching pad to go into Toronto without having to stay in Toronto. It was just what I needed. And a great price I would certainly go back. I will admit I didn’t read close enough to realize that there was not an oven or a stove top so there was some difficulty preparing meals, but that was on me. So just think about what you’re going to cook before you buy it and how you’re going to accomplish it. Having the washer and dryer right there was super convenient and the shower is nice and large with great water pressure. Murphy bed is very comfortable. It was the first time I had ever used one. And two futons made excellent couches.

My family and I had a great stay at Abul's home. He was very welcoming and checked in a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. The place itself was very clean, comfortable and quiet. I would definitely book again!

This is Beautiful home, stayed here for a concert in Toronto it has everything you need for a night! Super accommodating for check in times would definitely stay again!

Unfortunately we were only in Toronto for a night, wish we had more time to enjoy the stay. It was everything listed and more and we would love to return sometime in the future for hopefully a longer stay.

Our recent experience at Shaunvir and Sydney's guest suite was very comfortable, spacious and well equiped. It didn't feel like a basement apartment as there were lots of windows, 9 ft. ceilings and a private entrance that led out to a pretty & private backyard. We loved having 2 bathrooms and it was nice to have a large sparkling clean tub to soak in if you enjoy baths. The kitchen had an abundance of storage and perfect for long term rentals. There was also a walk in closet with shelving in the main bedroom that was perfect for keeping everything organized! We barely heard anything on the main floor other than the occasional muffled footstep. I ran into the owners who lives on the main floor only a couple times in the almost 2 weeks of residing here and they were very respectful, kind and friendly. Overall it was a wonderful AIRBNB experience. Communication with Sydney was top notch. Availability seems to fill up quite quickly and we understand why!

Lesley and Josh's Airbnb made our home away from home a welcoming experience during a difficult time, while going through lengthy home repairs. We found the self-contained apartment to be very clean and well outfitted for all of our needs. If we were in need of something, they were more than happy to accommodate. We greatly appreciated that the house was on an older established street in a safe and quiet neighbourhood and within walking distance to the downtown core. Lesley and Josh were perfect hosts and they both made us feel welcomed throughout the many weeks of our stay with them. Just completed my latest extended stay in Unit #2. This apartment has been like home. It’s a great spot, clean, peaceful neighborhood, and short drive (4.5km) to everything you need. Tracey is always ready to assist with anything that pops up and is very friendly and easily to deal with. Hope to visit again soon :)

We hard a great stay . Lovely environment. Felt like home. The place was clean. The host provided us with pop drinks, snacks and water. I will recommend the place for anyone.

Grace's apartment is lovely. It is stylish, spacious, clean and comfortable. It is well equipped with everything you need. Instructions and communication were excellent. I highly recommend Grace's place. I look forward to staying again when I am in Whitby.

My stay at Ian’s home was great ! Everything that you could need was there for you . Everything was very clean and tidy and you will get a very warm welcome . His home is near many shops and restaurants so you can grab whatever you need without going too far. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet . Overall a very excellent stay and would definitely book with him again !

My father in law stayed at Anujens place for just over a week and he felt very comfortable. Great host!

It was a wonderful experience for me and my family, including our children. The hosts were incredibly supportive and welcoming, making our stay comfortable and memorable. We did face a bit of a challenge with the stove, as we needed to cook regularly for our infant. A small suggestion would be to consider adding an exhaust fan in the kitchen to help with ventilation and avoid lingering food smells. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and we truly appreciate the warm hospitality. Thank you so much for hosting us!

Amelia and Jeff have a lovely garden level unit which accomodates 3 people, is within walking distance of several shops, and allows closer access to spots such as the downtown area and the river Would recommend!

Laurence's place was perfectly located for what we needed...close to everything you could need. The apartment was clean, he was very responsive...he even gave us his cell number to make himself that much more accessible. I will be looking for his place when booking in the area next time. Great place, beautiful neighbourhood, easy to find! Place was very clean & had everything we needed over the weekend! Only thing I would recommend is a bigger couch but everything else was great! Lots of nice warm blankets and pillows all clean/fresh. Host was lovely with instructions. Overall we had a great stay & We will be back soon! :)

I've had a few airbnbs and I can say that Zahin's place was the best of them! the place was spotless, as described and had everything and more included. felt right at home. Zahin is a great host and very responsive! if I'm ever back in the region, this would be my go to
