The Funky Bunky is a lovely little cabin, very quiet and private. There’s amenities to make the stay smooth and simple, and the river right next to us was very pleasant to watch and listen to. Carol and Danny were very gracious hosts, very responsive and had everything we needed. Will be back again

We had a fabulous 3 days in June at Astrid's beachfront cottage. The views are really the only thing that matters! It was hard to tear ourselves away. The location is very quiet but very close to lots of things to do on Quadra Island. The cottage is very quaint and well stocked with everything one needs. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure and bathroom was great. Thank you!

Our stay at this Airbnb of Ronan and Alex was absolutely wonderful! The location was unbeatable – just a short walk to the beach, which made for some truly beautiful and relaxing moments. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The amenities were very good – everything we needed was provided, and the place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It really felt like a cozy and welcoming home base. The host was also great – communicative, helpful, and thoughtful throughout our stay. Also they went out of their way to help us and that speaks volumes of their commitment to help and make this feel like - HOME AWAY FROM HOME ! We had such a memorable experience and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway. We’d definitely love to return in the future!

My wife and I had an amazing time spending our honeymoon here. The float house was super comfy. You can sit on the deck and watch the tide come in slowly. The people on the island are super kind. Be sure to check out the farmers market on Fridays to meet the locals. As well as all the road stands set up.

We loved Arbutus Cove Retreat so much, we stayed twice in one week! The perfect place to relax between Powell River and Desolation Sound adventures. Will definitely be back!

A great place to get away from a busy daily agenda. Everything a person needs. Close to a beach so you could either walk to or a quick drive and then sit back and relax. A real plus was the ability to do laundry.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lisa’s Air Bnb. It is in a very central location with many walkable amenities. It is very well stocked - all the kitchen utensils needed, as well as plenty of linens. The place was comfortable and picturesque. We would definitely come back!

We had a magical stay at the Beach House. Being able to walk barefoot right onto the beach was so special to us. When it rained we were still able to open the panel of patio doors to maximize our time with the beautiful landscape. Just a stunning place to stay. The Host was very responsive and wonderful to work with. The space was immaculate, cozy and had everything we needed!

Had a great stay! Everything about the place from cleanliness to the beautiful view was amazing. The bed was comfy and the place is perfect for two people. Tanya was always responsive when we had any questions. We saw sea lions one night too! Highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a cozy spot with views. Will definitly be back!

What a uniquely decorated space, with a combination of antiques, and thoughtful design. Petra was a gracious helpful host. The airbnb is essentially on the beach, and had an absolutely stunning view. Muffins were top notch.

We are a family of four and we had a wonderful stay at John and Wendy’s. The suite was very well stocked and the hosts went out of their way to make our arrival comfortable with drinks and snacks. There were lots of games and books to entertain the kids. The location was fabulous, literally across the road from the beach where the kids built shops out of driftwood. We would love to come back!

The place itself is very unique, full of charm and character, and clearly loved and well-taken care of. Our hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their warmth really added to the experience. Our kids had an amazing time playing in the yard—lots of room to play and explore. The location was perfect for exploring the Powell River and Lund area, with plenty of nearby trails, beaches, and local attractions to enjoy. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend this special spot to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

We had an amazing stay! The unit has a world-class view on the ocean and an incredibly relaxing hot tub. The inside was very clean and comfortable, with one of the best supplied kitchens of any airbnb i’ve ever stayed in. Lots of kayaks and SUPs for getting out on the serene waters. The host was super kind and helpful. Would 100% stay here again. Also Campbell River and the surrounding area really exceeded expectations! The beaches, hikes, and food were all top-notch.

We had an incredible stay at Rob and Joanne’s beautiful home! The house is stunning, offering a lovely view that made our time there even more special. Rod and Joanne are such a kind and welcoming couple, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Very peaceful and quiet throughout the stay, was a great place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway. They even gave us a Zucchini from their garden which was one of the tastiest Zucchinis we've ever had!

Kelly’s place is outstanding. We have stayed at his place a few times now and it’s a favourite in the area. The view is amazing, truly feels like you have the ocean and beach to yourself. Will keep coming back!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Truly Exceptional Getaway: We had the most incredible stay at this thoughtfully curated and beautifully maintained home. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been lovingly considered to create a warm, welcoming, and restorative environment. The home was impeccably stocked, immaculately clean, and full of charm (and beds were so comfy) -the perfect setting for our dear friend’s 50th birthday celebration. Mornings were spent meditating on the deck with the sound of waves and birdsong, and our afternoons were filled with hikes and adventures we accessed through the nearby logging roads. Evenings brought shared meals, laughter in the cozy living room, soaks in the hot tub, and peaceful walks on the nearby beach (just steps away!).As a group of busy professionals (five of us also being mothers), this oasis gave us exactly what we needed: reconnection, relaxation, and rejuvenation. We all agreed it was one of the best Airbnb experiences we've ever had.

This is a great ocean front cottage with a stunning view in a private rural setting. The tide goes out quite a ways here, allowing for fantastic walks on the beach. Well stocked kitchen with all of the needed appliances and dishware. We would definitely stay here again!

What a tranquil and beautiful place! Tara created a welcoming space with plenty of ways for our family to relax and enjoy one another’s company. But the place is big, and there are lots of places to escape for a little alone time as well. Tara was responsive whenever we needed anything, and took care to make sure we were comfortable.

Very cool space – and just a short hop from Campbell River proper. Wished we were in town for longer – would have been amazing to explore more of the great amenities on the property, but for our group and our trip, it was perfect. Thank you!
