(The owners, a retired couple, live in the basement with their own private entrance.) You can comfortably accommodate 9 guests with two of the bedrooms containing king-sized mattresses, the third with a queen-sized bed and the final room housing a twin and a double mattress, perfect for a young family.

Cozy Lodge Suite

This suite is a separate space, that is all your own, with a walkout to the hot tub. It has its own bathroom with a very large shower. Across the hall is the bedroom and It’s meant to be comfortable and cozy. Then up the hall there is the Livingroom, kitchenette and eating space. We try to keep a great coffee bar. There are usually a few extras in the fridge. NOTE: The 2nd bed is a single cot, or the fold down living room couch. Notify if needed we need prepare the linens for you.

We are located just a half block from a quiet beach, in the peaceful Cottage neighborhood. Walk the beautiful Strip to downtown restaurants, children's parks, local shops & breweries, or spend the day at the beach, and enjoy a relaxing paddle. Our Cozy Cabin features a fire pit, front and back decks, large yard and provided parking.

You'll find a pizza hut and a bowling alley again within a minute walk off of 50th ave. Please note: During the summer months we accept 7 day reservations only with check in on Fridays only.
