The cozy apartment is located between the Ruhr area and Münsterland, in a coal mining town. The 50 m² apartment is waiting for your visit. The flat has its own entrance. On the ground floor is the bathroom, which is used exclusively for this apartment. From the hallway, a staircase leads directly into the apartment to the kitchen/living room/bedroom. In nice weather, a terrace can be used exclusively for guests. Close to shopping. Parking is free

The rooms are furnished with 2 beds each, satellite TV, small linen closets with hanging options and a fold-out dining table with chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, microwave and kettle. In the bathroom, a shower, tub and washing machine are available for you. The rooms are individually lockable. Bed linen and towels are of course provided. An iron and hairdryer are also provided.

Beautiful newly renovated 22 sqm cottage with private garden and terrace. Through the hallway in the main house you come into the garden, here is the entrance to our small but fine rear house. The floor consists of light exposed concrete with underfloor heating. The old ceiling beams were exposed and oiled. The bathroom floor has the original old Art Nouveau tiles. The small kitchenette was built by us from an old workbench.

The 3-room apartment is located in a green and quiet corner of the Ruhr area in the immediate vicinity of cycling trails. It is modern and bright while offering ideal connections to highways. All cities in the Ruhr area are therefore easily accessible. The small village center offers everything you need: bakery, groceries, restaurants and café. Pets are welcome by arrangement.
